"An addictive annoying twist to the usual stuff"

Introduction: So, here it is. The only game that you hear Neo Cortex calling Crash Bandicoot his 'pal.' So here's my review.

Story: 7/10
It's not a bad story by any means compared to any of the other Crash games. First of all Cortex returns after a three year absence, and lures Crash towards him with a blond wig. Then they fight and argue, and eventually a couple of weird-looking twins come and supposedly want to take over the world. So Crash and Cortex have no choice but to co-operate ... to work together. That's the major icing on the cake - Crash, Cortex, and new character called Nina all work together. I bet the game looks tasty from where you're sitting.

Music: 2.7/10
The music was a major letdown. It's so damn annoying. The makers were probably trying to create the same funky unique music to suit this game, as they did with the other games, but they definitely failed. The music in Twinsanity sounds like a monkey trying to let rip on the toilet, honestly.

Sound Effects: 6/10
The sound effects are a little above okay on Crash Twinsanity, I guess. Nothing above the usual fighting and combat sounds, though on some of the bosses they do have unique quotes. These can either make the game more entertaining or can put you off actually playing the game. You can decide between that.

Graphics: 7.7/10
Compared to other games, the graphics on Crash Twinsanity are nothing special, but looking at all the previous marsupial's games, you can see that there is a big improvement in the way the graphics are viewed. The facial features are so much more recognizable, and the body language of Crash and Cortex are realistic ... well, realistic as you can get for a world as vivid as Crash's.

Gameplay: 8.5/10
The game itself is pretty easy and should take about five to six hours to complete with mistakes on the hardest parts. There is so much of a variety in what you can do in that time such as play as Crash separately, Cortex separately, Nina separately, Crash and Cortex together, snowboard, roll like a ball, and the list goes on and on. The controls are easy to grasp after the third level, Cavern Catastrophe, and from there on the game is an entertaining breeze.

Overall: 6/10
If you're a dedicated Crash fan, this game is a necessity for your collection, but if you're not, then I'd recommend buying Wrath Of Cortex or something before you buy this one just to get a feel of the game.
