FIFA 2001

"Who knew soccer games could be so fun!?!"

First let me say one thing, FIFA 2001 rocks!!! I’m usually not a big fan of soccer videogames but this game is really good! One of the best PS2 games in America. Very smooth graphics and detail down to the scars on your goalie’s shaved head. This game has it all. Tons of teams to choose from, sweet graphics, good music, awesome gameplay, what more could you ask for in a game? There is almost no slowdown of gameplay. The controls are very easy to catch on to with one button to change player, one button to slide tackle, one button to pass, and one button to kick. This game is very fun and easy so the whole family can play! Except little Tommy. Lol. But seriously, you’ll have everyone playing this addictive game for hours.

?/10 ~Story~ - To win the World Cup! Its not really a story so I can’t give it a score…oh well, the game still rocks.

10/10 ~Replay~ - Every time you turn off you beloved PS2, you’ll want to go back and play again! You can play for another world cup, tune up on your penalty kicks, or just play for fun with your friends (if you have any(just kidding)).But you’ll always to be heading back for that FIFA action.

10/10 ~Audio~ - Pretty good. You can hear the screams crowd and the occasional foghorn. You can also hear the player’s groans after they boot the ball to midfield.

10/10 ~Gameplay~ - !!!!!! Sweetest graphics in the world, unbelievably realistically looking players, smooth graphics, easy control, and almost no slowdown. There are a couple game modes, they are; Exhibition (match up your favorite team against any other in an exhibition game(also can play up to 8 players in this mode)), Season (pick a club out of the 16 available teams, play through the full season and try to win the League, the Cup, or one of the European cup competitions), Tournaments (play your way through a selection of some of the world’s toughest cup competitions) and a couple others I think.

~Rent/Buy~ - BUY!!! Even if you’re not a big soccer videogame fan (I wasn’t one either) buy this game! You won’t regret it! It has tons of replay and sweet graphics, many game modes, sweet graphics, awesome audio, did I mention it has sweet graphics?! BUY BUY BUY this game. It is worth it. I thought 50 bucks for a soccer game? Yeah, right. But I was wrong! It is really worth it!!
