"A Duck, A Penguin, and a Skateboarder walk into a bar.."

This is without a doubt one of the greatest games ever made, just due to the extreme replayability. There is a higher difficulty in this one, at least untill you get used to how it works, however some people may find it -REALLY- hard to beat without use of the cheat codes.

Graphics
----------

These are fine graphics, especially for the ''first'' attempt at a Playstation 2 at least in this genre. Everybody looks more or less like the real counterpart, and even though some of the people you meet on the street look a little bit goofy, you don't really notice it all that much. The decks look life-like to the original copies as well, it's really a very good job, however some aspects could be a little better, so I give it an 8 for graphics. Oh well, better luck next time for Neversoft in making it -totally- life like..good effort though, damn good

Sound
----------

Well, first of all..I HATE RAP, so I'm going to give the game a slightly lower score for that reason. However, not too low, for I know some people out there are Rapaholics. Even with the rap, I think the music in this game is excellent, and it even has a little ''easter egg'' of sorts..for the music selected by skater Bam Margera, was actually used for some of his work on the television show he used to be shown on. The sound, like the voices are excellent, with unique accents for all the little places..for example, in Canada..people will say ''agayne'' and ''eh?''. I give the sound an 8, very good.

Playability
----------

This is where the game really shines. You have the same stuff as in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2, and then they throw in the new balance meter, that makes life much easier for everybody that is playing..let me tell yah. Next you have the fact that they tossed in the new ''Revert'' move that can help with the excessivly large scores. This part of the game definatly gets a 10

Replay Value
----------

You will keep playing this game untill you lose feeling in your hands, it's THAT good. I'm not kidding either..anybody who has played THPS 1 or 2 knows what I'm talking about here. This part of the game definatly gets a 10

Overall
----------

There are minor things that prevent this from being the ''perfect'' game, but it's stuff you really won't notice when your playing. I give this game a 9 out of 10.
