Victorious Boxers: Ippo's Road to Glory

"Kick @$$ boxing Follows the Japanese Manga/Anime To boot."

This is based on one of my favorite Anime's to date. I haven't had a chance to see the manga's the anime's are based on but this is for all boxers at heart try or watch it once and you'll be hooked.

Curious what's it about look around the next for fansub ep's you can download and check it out the game follows the story line very closely and it adds to the effect to see the natural boxer Ippo turn from the wimpy kid to a fighting champ.

The game control is very easy to get used to the more you play the more you can do. It grows on you and beating your friend to a pulp in Vs isn't a bad incentive. I did have problems with it at first my friend who knows nothing about this got the controller and kick out buts. Put me to shame. But don't fret you get good the more you play. And defense is the key not the offense. Its not a kiddy game this is something anyone who like boxing can get into it no power bar no ''Rumble'' Plain and simple boxing that will built up to more technical and more real that any of the other boxing games have to offer. Real life boxing is my perspective you can be at top condition in the match and get K.O. with a good combo/hit like in real boxing. Or you can keep getting beat and make a miracle comeback. I enjoyed this very much and still playing I need to beat more boxers :)

This is for any anime/manga/boxing fan there are some who will not like it. But at least give it a try. The animation could use a little work but it is about a year old since its release in Japan and the anime came out after It I belive I may be wrong. If I am shoot me cause I'd deserve for not being sure. But you get into even though the simplicity of the look and sound. The sound or lack of doesn't ruin the game you don't even notice at least I didn't. I have the rental but I'm running out to get my self a copy the day I have to take it back. And I ain't lending it so get your own :).
