WWF SmackDown! Just Bring It
Review by Angry Baboon
"This game has the replayability of a Harry Potter Bath toy."
Gameplay - THQ obviously listened to all our E-mails complaining about how Smackdown!2 was too easy,And completely ignored them,The gameplay is terribly easy, and the game is no real challenge at all,There's no real difference between this and smackdown 2,apart from the fact that it costs $30 more,None of the new matches we were promised are in the game(Inferno,Hell in a cell with weapons ETC),this was a BIG let-down.Nuff' said.

Story - Nothing new here, still has that crappy Story mode engine that puts Crash Holly in the main event and constantly repeating the cut-scenes,There are around 6 (boring) cut scenes, that last around 5 seconds each, you will get around 2 matches per story, and after that, you will have restart it and do exactly the same thing with another character(what fun!) There is no real story line in this(Hey,just like wrestling in real life!)

Audio/Video - GOOD NEWS:This is the games strong point,Not only do you get to listen to all that cool WWF entrance music again,Including:Steve Austins ''Disturbed theme'',Y2J Chris Jericho's theme,The dudley boyz NEW theme and more, but you the folks down at THQ have taken out that annoying in-ring music we were all expecting.
BAD NEWS:The disciples of satan,Micheal Cole and Tazz do the commentary, yes, you think there bad in real life? Wait until you here this,The voices are Terrible,Here's some extracts I took from the game:
Undertaker...And...Kane...are the....tag team...champion
The Rock....is the greatest.....WWF..champion...there ever was
Chris Jericho...won..the match
Yeah,We all begged them not to put commentary in,but they did,and the worse bit is,you cant take it off! Arrghhh....
Anyhoo, onto the video's,the entrance videos look great, just like in real life, this is another strong point, especially as you can watch them in C(reate) A W(restler) mode.
5/10
Replayability - As far as the original game goes, this has NO REPLAYABILITY AT ALL,But if your a whiz at making your own wrestlers, the CAW mode can add a little more life in your game,But I got bored of this game in an hour(No joke) And im sure the average gamer would too,This game has the replayability of a Harry Potter bath toy,It gets real boring,Real quick.

To buy or to rent? - Rent it,I wont put the game down completely, the game is fun when you first play it,but you'll soon get tired of it,Rent it a couple of times,And im sure you'll get your money's worth, just dont make my mistake,DONT BUY THIS GAME.
Rent it!
Graphics- Not bad,but some of the cut scenes look a bit cheesy, and the crowd look terrible! there 2D,which is pretty disgusting for a PS2 game,If you go over to the announcers table in roaming mode,You cant even make out Micheal Cole and Tazz, and from behind they look like a couple of monks,I think the makers of this game put this together in about 5 minutes,(HHH's,Undertakers,Stone Cold's,The Rock's and Ravens entrances look great, but all the rest look average,But on average, the graphics aren't that different from PSone's smackdown! know your role.
4/10
Overall-This is not the great game we all expected,in fact,it is a disgrace and does not deserve to be on the PS2,So I urge you to buy Smackdown!2 which is exactly the same and $30 cheaper.
