Introduction

This game is absolutely stunning.EA Sports have produced a game which they can be proud of.This game has massive improvements from Tiger Woods 2001.

Gameplay

The Gameplay in this game is absolutely brilliant.You will find that this game is a lot of fun to play.The controls are quite hard though to get used to at first ,but if you practice for a little while you should get the hang of it.You use the anologue sticks to swing your club and to hit the shot.I wouldn't say at all,that the control system is hard,it just takes a little while to learn.Don't worry,you'll get the hang of it in no time!

New Modes

Tiger Woods 2002 introduces two new modes for players to enjoy.
The first of them is called Speed Golf.Basically you go up against another player in a 2 Player game and it is a race to see who can finish the hole first.There is a split screen so both can play at the same time which has never been in any golf game in the past.You can,however also play Speed Golf yourself against the computer or you just play or your own and try and finish the game quickly.

The Second new mode introduced is called Tiger Challenge.This is basically a mode in which there are 17 challenges for you to beat.Each time you play a golfer in a Game of Match Play and when you beat them ,you unlock them.The golfers you face get harder as you go on but you get more and more money as you go on as well.

This time,You Create your own golfer.You can improve him by giving him attributes which cost money.You get money different ways in this game to improve your golfer.The most money is earned in Tiger Challenge.

There is also 16 Trophy Balls to collect.You get them by doing certain tasks around the course and when you earn these you get money for them.

Audio/Video

The graphics in this game are very,very good.There is a huge improvement from last year in terms of graphics.They are a lot smoother and more realistic.The only thing lacking in the sound department is the commentary.The commentators only have about 4 or 5 phrases which they say over and over again.

Replayability

This game as excellent replayability.Once you have beaten all the challenges ,you still have all the other modes to play.I would honestly say that the replayability for this game is endless.You wouldn't get bored of this game for a while.It is just that good and fun to play.

To Buy Or Rent?

I would strongly suggest that you go and buy this game.Renting it doesnt give you enough time to enjoy all.This game is definately a buyer,even for people who are not particularly interested in golf.It is well worth the money of a new game.

Well,I think I've said it all.This game has absolutely everything to make a PERFECT golf game.There isn't much more I can say except go and buy this true piece of excellent gaming right now and have endless fun.Enjoy :)
