"Into football management games? This is a must-get.."

If you have played LMA Manager 2001 or any other manager games such as Championship Manager, Premier Manager or any other, this game is for you. I enjoy it a lot and so do many other people i know. Here's my review on LMA Manager 2002:

GamePlay - 7/10
The game is pretty fun if you like challanges and are well into football management games. The controls in the game are pretty tricky at first as it takes a bit of time to get used to the R1 and R2 navigation system, but you will easy master it sooner or later like in all games.

Sound - 8/10
The game contains some nice music and that is basically it. When on the Highlights of your match, Gary Linekar and Alan Hansen talk about your match but their lines are pretty much repeated. Some chants in the crowd of your match, but nothing really interesting. Basically the music and commentary are the only sounds in the game.

Graphics - 8/10
Very good graphics at the beginning of the game which shows a match being played (just like LMA Manager 2001). The game also contains nice graphics except for when you watch your match, the graphics are really poor but still, it doesn't really matter to me and no one else has complained about this. The stadiums of football teams look quite realistic except for some, but they do look quite real and nice.

Replayability - 8/10
One season of football takes quite long to complete and in total there is 20 years, which is very good (season ending in year 2020/2021). It will take you very long to complete all 20 years. And the good thing is, at the end of season you get job offers for different clubs. The better you do the better jobs you get offered, so you can move to any team at the end of the season if you are not impressed at your current club.

Options - 8/10
There is the option to have a friendly match first if you feel you can't start the full game which is good. In the game there is many options and many things to do, it puts the pressure of being a real manager onto you!

To buy or to rent - If you are a new-comer of football management games, rent it. If you have played lots of management games in the past and enjoy them, buy it, it's a must-get and will definitely please you and get a smile upon your face.
