NCAA Football 2003

"PERFECTION!!! The best college football game ever!"

NCAA Football 2003 is an excellent game. It is the best college football game I have ever played. If you love college football, and you have an XBOX,Gamecube, or a PS2, then this is a must buy for you. This game has everything you would experience if you were at a college football game. It has almost every team's fight song, most mascots, cheerleaders, and the stadiums are simply amazing.

NCAA 2003 also has an excellent Create-a-team mode. In this mode you decide the team name, logo, location, fight song, uniforms, and you even get to design the stadium.

GAMEPLAY 10/10 - The gameplay is flawless. When you pass the ball you decide how hard/soft you throw it by how hard you press the button. When you run the ball you can try to bowl over your oponents, try to juke them, or just use flat out speed. Players on defense have a number of swim moves they can use to make tackles, or they can run through the block for the tackle. The game is addictive. Once you begin playing you can't stop. Unlike most games, this game doesn't call the annoying pass interference penalty when you player grazes the wide reciever. The officials let the games be physical.

Sound 10/10 - This game has great sound. It allows you to here the crunch of the tackles, the foot of the kicker meeting the ball, and it even sounds like the ball enters a reciever's hands when he catches it. The fight songs are excellent. NCAA 2003 also has a very good anouncing crew. Brad Nessler, Kirk Herbstreit, and the great Lee Corso bring you the play by play.

Replay 10/10 - This game is so fun you can't play it once and stop. It is so fun to play again and again mainly because the games are always different. Once you master one difficulty level, you can move up to another, which provides you with a good challenge. Dynasty mode allows you to use the same team over a course of many seasons. It has recruiting, which will make you want to play again and again just so you can see how your new players do.

Overall 10/10 - This game definetely deserves a perfect score, because thats what it is, PERFECT. EA Sports has made another excellent game, something that they always do. This is and excellent game. If you love the history of college football, the pagentry, or just like football period, then you must buy this game. This game will be in my system for a long, long time, that is, until NCAA 2004 is released.
