Gameplay
Like Shooters? This could be the game for you. Time Crisis 2 is a arcade shooter. It is directly ported from the arcade to the PlayStation2. You go around killing terrorists with a partner. This game is co-op multiplayer which is a great feature, but you might get into a fight on who gets to use the GunCon2! This game is great. It is fun playing with the GunCon2 because it feels like you have an arcade in your house. Time Crisis 2 has good controls when playing on the DualShock2 but it is extremely easy to play with the GunCon2. The game is overall easy. I bought this game expecting alot more from this game. It didn't live up to the hype. I would give the gameplay a 10 out of 10

Story
The Story is good. The story is also the exact same as on the arcade version of the game. There aren't that many cut scenes in the game which could either be a good thing or a bad thing. A game like this really needs a story when you have great gameplay like this. The Story is about terrorists stealing weapons and you have to take them down and so on. The story is kind of a classic video game cliche. The game takes place in a couple of areas which include the forest, on a train, in a cargo area thing, and in what looks like a small city. I would give the story a 7 out of 10.

Audio/Video
The Graphics are great. This game is very polished. The sound is average but not too great. The explosions look and sound great. The are great water effects in the game. The graphics are superb. I would give the audio and video a 9 out of 10

Replayability
This game has average replayability. I guess if you like shooting people, then this game will never get old because there is plenty of that in Time Crisis 2. If you are looking for a good co-op multiplayer game, then look no further. It gets old after a while on single player though unless you have the GunCon2 because it is basically the same thing over and over although most games are. I would give the replayability a 6 out of 10.

To Buy Or To Rent?
Time Crisis 2 is a good rental but I wouldn't recommend buying it until you have actually played it because it does get pretty old, pretty fast. It can be beaten within 2 days and it requires almost no skill. I would say that if you like shooters, then it is a definite buy because this is a great first person shooter. Overall, I give this game a 7 out of 10.
