"A pretty Good game with a few flaws."

Story: 10/10
Sly comes from a family of master thieves. Each thief had written their own techniques in a book called ''The Thievius Raccoonus''. Whoever read the book would know all of the family's secrets and techniques. One night, when Sly was about to inherit the book. 5 strangers appeared and killed his father. The stole the book and rips it to 5 parts each containing a family's secret and hid somewhere around the world. Broke and homeless, Sly went to a orphanage where he met his 2 friends and life time partners,Bently the Turtle and Murray the Hippo. Bently is a computer genius who hacks into systems and files to help Sly. Murray is a driver who drives the getaway truck. Together they swore to find the Fiendish 5 and steal back the ''Thievius Raccoonus''.

Control: 10/10
Sly responds very responsibly throughout the game. The controls are easy to learn and Bently the Turtle will always be there to give you advice over the communicator. The camera is kind of stubborn and hard to control but I'll get to that later.

Gameplay: 7/10
Sly Cooper's gameplay is no doubt fun. You'll hang from ceiling outrun the cops and play a lot of mini games that are at the right difficulty. The only problem is that the game is too short. I beaten it in about a day and a half. The boss battles are fun not to mention unique. While playing the game I did run into some slowdowns but all in all. The game is good.

Camera: 3/10
Ugh, I hate the camera, I gets in your way and you never seem to be able to put it in the right place. You can only move it in a circle pattern. You can't put it on bird's eye view either which can be a pain at times.

Sound/Music: 10/10
The music was done perfectly. When sneaking around the music is soft and gentle. When you trip a alarm it has a panic type of tune. Also the FMVs are really stunning. Sly's voice sounds perfect as well as the others.

Graphics: 10/10
Cel-shading never looked so better. The backgrounds are smooth as well is the animation. Sly Cooper acts like a real cartoon with cartoonish lighting effects. Sly will reacts to things that kill him like Crash Bandicoot. When he touches something hot his body with catch on fire. When he falls off he will do the trademark look down, then fall.

Rent or Buy:
Even though Sly Cooper is a fun game with cool graphics and excellent control the game is too short. I say rent it. You should beat it within a hour or too.
