"Short Sweet and to The Point"

Games like these don't come around to often anymore, you rarely have games with a high score bar or even levels.So what makes this game worth its score?Well read on to find out why.

GRAPHICS 10/10

The graphics in this game are really sharp and nicely done. Grave[main character] is drawn very neat as are all the enemies. I'm not sure if its cell shaded or not but all characters and even some backgrounds seem to look that way.All together the game looks like a playable anime.

GAMEPLAY 10/10

Gameplays solid, what can I say? Its the perfect shoot'em up you got loads of enemies coming from every direction and bullets are constantly flying.For the most the game runs at a very smooth framerate unless there is a room full of enemies and your about to use your demolition shot, but its not a bad slow down and won't cause you to complain. Other than that this game has perfect arcade action, its you basic shoot dodge shoot dodge type of game.

SOUND 10/10

Loud, very very loud gunshots and other things blowing up along with the actual music itself will probably make this the loudest game you ever played(and that's definately not a bad thing ^_^).The gun sounds are done well and the music and sound effects are perfect at some points[*cough* terrible in between levels *cough*}. Trigun buffs will especially love the music as it's almost the exact same music from the anime itself, you will be amazed at how similar the music between the two are, don't worry, its just red tipping their hats to trigun.

STORY 7/10

Similar to Devil May Cry, the story really doesnt matter because its more about gameplay and the story but just because the story isnt important doesnt mean its not interesting.Basically the story is just an extra bonus RED decided to throw in there IMO.

CONTROL 10/10

Very responsive controls and a well thought out control scheme. You won't complain about the controls once you get used to them after the first level.The button layout is great and won't cause you too much trouble other than a sore right thumb and your bleeding square button.

I think this game is well worth picking up for those who like anime and classic arcade shooters. Even though its only six levels[which is good towards the replay]you will end up going through this addictive shooter to unlock extra's, for the challenge, or to just beat your high score.Very high replay value, but to those who just isnt into short games this isn't for you.
