Star Wars Bounty Hunter

"My Backpack's got jets..."
Okay, where to begin. First I should say that this game is great, but I have my own reasons, which I will delve into as this review goes on. So kiddies, fasten your seat belts, because here we go.
Graphics: 7
The graphics in this game are average, that's just all there is to it. No one can tell me that the graininess of this game couldn't be done better, because it could. Let's face it though, when looking at Jango or some stages, you can't help but think wow, but for the most part the areas look the same, and, I've noticed a little bit of pop-up, which can really annoy some people. Hey, though, remember, graphics don't make the game.
Camera: 7
This had to be touched on. I couldn't keep quite about this one for very long. The camera tricks you into thinking that it is your friend early in the game, but you will soon see that it can and will betray your trust. I've notice that this happens mainly when you are locked onto an enemy and run up against an object. Once this happens, you get a great look at Jango's back, but you lose all sights of the thing you were shooting at. Let me tell you, this can be bad if it's a creature that can maul you over and over. Also, try to look around to see your environments, you get no help from a first person perspective, you get a lovely and awkward third person angle. You better learn patience at points with the camera.
Gameplay: 10
This is where the game starts to shine. You get to run around and shoot hordes of enemies. This is actually a good thing in my book, because I haven't played a game where I've got to do this (that I've enjoyed) in quite a while. As you progress through the levels, you need to hone your skills at using the jet pack, rocket launcher, and a sniper rifle. It might be in your best interest to get strafing down too, since this can be your best friend in some fire fights. The only downside to the gameplay is that sometimes it can be insanely difficult when you can't see enemies shooting you, I have this problem a lot with my 13 inch TV.
Story: 10
Awww...I wish I could talk about the story deeply, but I'm not one who likes to post spoilers. So, I will say this, if you are a Star Wars fan or a Jango fan, you might want to check this game out because you get an official version of the story of Jango's past. Hell, you even get a comment about what happened to the Mandalarians (?). Perhaps one of the coolest things in my book is when you get to see how Jango aquires ''SlaveOne.'' Little things like this will keep Star Wars and especially Fett fans wanting to progress the story.
Conclusion
So, there you have what I thought of the game. You may disagree, or you may agree, but I do recommend this game, especially for fans hungry for more story. Though, this game does have its flaws, I feel that the story and the gameplay more than overcompensate for the average graphics and camera work.
