"Jack Slate, a one man army!"

Introduction-Dead to Rights Hmmmmmm....Very interesting game! It is certainly unlike any game I have ever played although I have noticed the comparisons between DTR and Max Payne. The DTR creators must have had a master plan when working on this game because it sure seems like there are endless things to do in this game. Well this is my very first review and I hope you enjoy it, here goes nothing!

Gameplay-10/10-This game is incredibly fun! I have to admit I was hooked on this game from the very beginning. DTR goes far beyond your average ''shoot em up'' title. There are countless moves and disarms to perform and plenty of enemies at your disposal. You will be suprised at the fact that there are so many things to do in this game rather than running and gunning for hours on end. I have to admit this game was incredibly hard and takes time to get used to. You must learn to be strategic and use what you have before it's to late. The controls are very well designed and go smoothly with the gameplay. They are very easily remapped so you don't get confused when you are blazing your guns. You should get used to the controls quick and have no problem with them whatsoever.

Story-7/10-The story was okay. You will certainly get the feeling like you have been there before and kind of predict what is going to happen next. The story needed to be more original and interesting. Don't get me wrong now the story is enjoyable but lacked big time. However when playing this game for yourself you will get the same feeling as Jack......revenge!

Graphics/Sound-10/10One word....WOW! The graphics in DTR are visually stunning. There is plenty of eye candy in this game and more than enough for you to get your fill. The gunfire and explosions are crystal clear and puts you right in the middle of the action. There was 2 major flaws in this game however. First the enemies are a bit blocky but still well designed, could have used more polishing up. Second the camera tends to rotate around the character and cut off some of the action but it is bearable. If you master the camera then you master this flaw and you will be set. The sounds in this game are amazing. The constant sound of bullets cracking and enemies shouting to get a piece of you is even convincing. The voice acting could have used a bit more enthusiasm but at some parts it is good. You will enjoy Jack's witty one-liners.

Playtime/Replayability-10/10The playtime in this game is long enough depending on what difficulty you play it on. I recommend you crank up the difficulty for a more intense and challenging feel. This game has reply value, there is nothing else to it. There is just something about this game that calls you back for more. I guarantee you will not be able to put the controller down when you play this game! CHEERS to hours and hours of excitement!

Final RecommendationI say you should go right out and pick a copy of this game up, go home and PLAY! Believe me this doesn't quite settle for a satisfying rental because you will want to own this game for yourself. There is my review and I hope you got a little something out of it, now go and get this game before your rights are dead!
