Dynasty Warriors 3: Xtreme Legends

"Okay lets get straight to the point"

Introduction:

If you didn’t already know this is a expansion for the game Dynasty Warriors 3. So expect not that much is different. I know you DW3 hungry fans just want to get to the point and wants to know what the hell is new so I made a special portion for you guys!

So What's new?

First now you can play musou mode with all the unaligned characters! (musou mode is like a story mode for newbies) The AI has definitely improved from the last time. It has gotten much harder form last time, generals have their strongest weapon and are maxed out in stats, yes they will kick your ass if you aren’t ready. Some stages have even changed, like the yellow turban stage, which has some changes which goes with the actual book. Although the new musou modes are kind of weird, but you will still love it, not to mention its something new than playing the same musou mode over and over. But warning all you guys, even you DW3 pros this game is hard as hell, well on the new difficulty it is : )

Graphics:

Nothing has really changed, yeah the annoying disappearing general glitch is still there sadly but if you are a true fan you will soon forget about all the graphical glitches. The games graphics are basically generic Playstation 2 graphics, their good, but at the same time not that great, the environments can get bland at times, but other than that you'll love the graphics, well at least I did : (

Sound:

Its either you love DW3 music or you don’t. There is some new music but nothing special, and yes the voice acting is still horrible, and the nanman still have those damn annoying grunts, but like i said before, if your a true fan you will love it anyways. Lets say its like an old karate flick, you know where the dubbing sucks. At times the voice acting can be hilarious with its corny lines, especially the yellow turban level where its filled with corny lines. Either you love it or hate it, i just learned to live with it....

Control:

Solid control from the last Dynasty Warriors 3. Basic hit 2 hit buttons, block button, and so on. So expect not that much difficulty playing the game. Solid 10/10 !

Okay now away from all that mumbo jumbo, should I buy this game or not?

Well I say buy it if you already have DW3, you’ll fall in love all over again. If you don’t have it I say either wait for Dynasty warriors 4 or get Dynasty Warriors 3 since the difficulty may be to high and the story may be kind of strange, but if your those type of gamers who like challenges then go ahead and get it since its so freaking cheap! Either way you will be making a good choice since both games are a masterpiece, but with a lot of minor glitches that you will learn to ignore and just enjoy the game.
