"A Golden Gun Shot away from being Perfect!"

EA have done it again! They have taken a big name film licence and turned it into one of the best First Person Shooters ever. The game consists of everything you could want in a game but I will tell you about that later. Now I will review the main aspects of the game.

Graphics
The first time you switch on this game your eyes will pop out in amazement at the graphics. They are slick and stylish like Bond himself. The intro to the game like they have in the films with the soundtrack looks so real you can't even tell its the graphics the PS2 can make.
Overall on graphics: 9/10

Gameplay
The gameplay in this game is astonishing. there are many types of missions like the Driving and the First Person and the ''You control the gun while the NPC Drives'' missions. There are many interactive environments with plenty of gadgets like the Ronin which is a motion sensor and a remote control gun an a whole lot of other weapons.
The game also consists of medal targets to unlock extras for multiplayer and single player.
Overall for gameplay: 8/10

Sound
The use the sound on this game to full effect. it is tense and exciting and fits into the game very well. The music to accompany the intro video is truly splendid. The sound makes the game a whole lot more enjoyable due the nature of it. The sound effects are also spot on. For Example the guns make all there proper sounds and opening doors and putting Armour on makes it sound like it is actually happened.
Overall on Sound 9/10

Story
Same old Bond stories. Kill the enemy etc. But somehow every time they make a Bond film or game the story improves. In this one a cleanup company called Phoenix Industries which is very charitable says the are trying to get rid of missiles and other weapons but to M16's knowledge they are stockpiling them. Bond then goes off in search of their leader Raphael Drake and tries to stop him.
Overall on Story: 8/10

Controls
This is where the game goes a bit downhill on. There are plenty of control types to choose from though there is no complete control configuration. If there was the game would be easier to play for some people. otherwise the controls are quite good.
Overall on Controls:6/10

Lifespan
This game has a very large lifespan indeed. Not only there being shed loads of unlockables and three difficulty levels there is multiplayer if all else fails. Grab a friend or simply play against the bots this makes the games lifespan go up a lot.
Overall on Lifespan: 9/10

So should I buy or Rent
Buy! All Bond fans will love this and it is even enjoyable for people who don't like him. Love him or you hate him you will love this game it even features all the things you cold want in a game. So Buy!!
