This is without a shadow of a doubt the most rewarding sports game since Madden football, so its the best in basketball. If your an aggressive sports fan that likes the facial slams and the brutal swat blocks, this is your heaven. You'll feel like an 15 year old child playing Zelda; trust me.

SOUND: hip-hop beats, not oldschool, but great ones. The sound overall its good, but when you hit a level 2 gamebreaker the sound just goes crazy, when the slam connects the sound its just unbelievable. When you go to the replays, the sound goes different and it really sounds great. (8/10)

GRAPHICS: The players look cel shaded, so its your pick if you like it or not, the replays look very awesome, and you can replay the replays. Good graphics, everything in the background moves and looks brilliant, plus the slam animations are the best. (9/10)

GAMEPLAY: The NBA Finals Ring of the game. No other game has a chance with this game. You'll love how easy is to learn it. The alley-oops, the Give n Go, the blocks and the slams, the gameplay its just perfect, plus in PS2 you can choose what move to do. The Give n Go way to play its just brilliant; you pass, run towards the basket, jump for the alley and WAM BAM THANK YOU MAM, just awesome. When you play on easy, you just destroy your competition with your hard blocks and awesome slams, but if you move to legendary difficulty, you'll miss a lot more and those blocks don't hit as often and you truly feel like you are playing what is called ''playoff basketball''. Remember that when you play an good RPG like the Final Fantasy series, you enjoyed the fact that you just got the new sword or whatever, here its the same feeling, you enjoy knowing you just received a new legend, or how about the ''ultimate weapon''...the 1985 Michael Jordan, DAMN. Do you smell what I'm cooking? Good.(10/10)

REPLAY VALUE: one of the few sports game that gives you over 30 hours of unlocking things. Plus, just yesterday I was playing NBA STREET 1 with my friends, and the game is 1 year old, so imagine how long will you be playing this game with your friends. (10/10)

OVERALL: A 10 BABY, A 10. 25 legends, 3 MJ's, 4 trophies, insane re playability, and perfect gameplay, THE RPG OF BASKETBALL GAMES, you'll just love it. BUY IT NOW BABY.
