Mister Mosquito
Review by Pachy
"I knew it was too good an idea to be true."
Ever expected a game to come out that you have anticipated for weeks on end, only to waste $50 on it just to find out it is pure crap? Yeah that’s what you get from this. Nothing like hours of pure boredom in a game. It’s full of pervert’s eye-candy. You’ll enjoy this game if you like watching girls’ crawl on their knees looking for contacts. If that’s not what you’re looking for, then this game is not for you.
Graphics 7 The graphics aren't too bad, not like you care, all they do is get in your way. The graphics are clear, yet cartoon-like at the same time, which is a blend hard to get, and even this game can't get it too good.
Game play 3 Alright, you start the game and it's not too bad, besides an insane struggle with controls, your having fun. Though I can see why Mosquito’s don't live too long, their life would be to repetitive for them to live on. You will soon find yourself doing the same things, over and over. Just when you beat one part and expect to get something better, you get stuck with another loop.
Story line 2 The worst part about this game is the story line. First of all, the voicing is terrible, you can't understand what the family is talking about most of the time. Second, why would getting bit by a mosquito cause someone to go crazy and shootout psychic beams from their hands? Never the less wear a mosquito trapping device that could burn your hand off on the top of your head? Some logic here people.
Controls 8 The best part about this game if the controls. It is a simulator after all. I enjoy flying around in circles and diving towards objects and pulling away seconds before I hit them. It is the best part, though it does take some time to warm up to the controls (It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to just start moving) they will become your best friend in the game as everything else basically sucks. Unless, you feel like admiring the graphics all day.
Replay value 3 I don't see any point in replaying the game. After you beat a level you can go back to it anytime. Its not like you'll ant to go back and play it, there is no point.
Final rating: 4
Final say: The secret bicycle mini game kept me entertained longer than the actual game.
