The Terminator: Dawn of Fate

"WOW...."
NOTE: PLEASE READ THIS AND DON'T JUST DO WHAT ALOT OF PEOPLE DO AND CLICK NO ON REVIEWS THAT GIVE BAD RATINGS
This game was actually pretty good except for the fact that a monkey could have designed a better control and camera system. If you read my review, you'll see it got high marks in most other places. But the sadly oblivious people who made decimated the Terminator name and to this I say: ''WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? No, This is not right, now take it back and change the view like a good computer programmer.''
All right this takes place in the future as John Conner and his fellow leaders (including Kyle Reese) Before Kyle goes back in time. There are a number of medals you can earn which unlock what might have been useful data 2 or 3 levels ago.
Ok Review:
Storyline 2/10: What can I say beside ''Meh?'' There really wasn't much continuity between the movies and the game. In the start it's Conner and Reese with some random people they know. They are talking about Skynet and invading and Blah Blah Blah ETC. Suddenly an infiltrator is just wandering around near them (no guards or anything) with his evil beard. There is flaw 1. They have dogs at entrances so they can know when infiltrators are trying to come in which leads me to flaw 2. NOWHERE IN THE GAME IS THERE A DOG. In all of the movies dogs bark at robots. Well, at majority of the game consists of you fighting endless gaggles of robots. There is even this one point in which you can just sit them and blast there heads off with a shotgun because they respawn ALMOST indefinably (They stop after about a half hour of respawning). This sort of ruined the game because I collected their heads and got over 300 Skynet tech points (used to purchase upgrades which is one of the few good points). Anyway, I’ll get on with it so as not to waste too much of your time on story.
Music 7/10: OMG COULD IT HAVE BEEN MORE EERIE? I played it and night the first time without any lights on and I suggest that if you do get or rent this game for the max amount of enjoyment, it must be played only at night with no lights on and the sound up high.
Graphics 6/10: The graphics are pretty good.
Note: I separated Game play and controls for a reason, to find out, read on.
Game play 9/10: The game play was awesome... In first person view. You could blow heads and limbs off of the machines. Also, the kept coming afterwards, I actually had to run away sometimes before finishing them because I’d blast at them and they'd lost arms and a leg and keep on coming. Even if they lost heads sometimes they'd still attack.
And now, we end the good part of the review.
Controls -500/10: THESE ARE THE WORST CONTROLS I HAVE SEEN EVER! Not since Max Payne itself have any controls sucked so badly. If you’re looking for a game with good controls, LOOK ELSEWARE. Not only that, but the camera view was nausciating. They could have made this game at least ten times as good by making a stationary camera behind the player or making an FPS.
Replayability 0/10: Replayability? I laugh at even the suggestion. I found 2 reasons to replay it. 1. Would be to laugh at reeses incredibly bad hair-day and 2. Killing the ''Kill all machines'' buzz you get from watching the terminator movies.
If you really want to play this game, PLEASE IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS SACRED, RENT IT!
