"How Everything Built Up On THIS GAME!"

Well for all of you that bought this game or planning to get the game, HORRAY!! You know why? Because you just got one of the coolest things that invovles MGS2/MGS!!

For example You get to see How and what they did to make the game! You can see things like about the motion capture video clips, Their Trip to NY to take photos for the game and much much MORE!!

There are also this section on this disc where you can see the models of every character in the game. The cool thing is that you get to use a camera and zoom in and out and look at the characters at different angles. There are also an unused character gallery also. And for every character they would add a link to where it would show you pictures of the character you are looking at. And of course all the pictures are by YOJI SHINKAWA!.

This game will also let you listen to your favorite BGMS and it shows how the music blends into a different tune when you get spotted by an enemy, or when you on evasion mode etc.

Hideo Kojima added the game plan in here too! For all you Japanese Players (that can read kanji good) will have a nice time reading this (I sure did!). It shows how much work he put into this game because You get to see rare drawings by Kojima when he was planning the stages etc.

They Have this cool feature where you can see the time line on the MGS series and ALL the staff that worked on this game, For example they showed when MGS got released, when they did the voice acting etc. (Will you be able to find out the hidden video's and pictures in this mode?).

The Video Gallery mode is a nice section if you like to watch LONG high quality Trailers, For example they added the E3(Electronic Entertainment Expo) trailer that made everyone scream because this gamed looked really nice (it also went out as a DVD in Japan). The Team also added some unreleased videos that never made it to the public because it was still in testing! (wouldn't you want to see that?!)
There is this other column where you can see the staff working hard on VIDEO!

CG cut scenes were added to this Disc and the cool thing is you can pause the video and controll it how you want to! (I thought this was really nice!).

They posted a column were it shows a gallery of all the MGS related ITEMS including the MGS2 Kubricks and Macflaren Toys,Games and much much more! (you can zoom in too!).

If you a hard core fan and you want to remember lines from the game, this disc HAS IT! it has all the dialouge in it! You will be sounding like Snake in no time!

This disc also tells what programs they used to make all those stunning graphics come alive! And YES YOU CAN READ THEM ALL!

Last but not least there is 5 Challenging VR Mission that you can actually play In this Disc (From MGS2:Substance) that will keep you hooked for a while because when you get through all of the VR Missions you will unlock a secret feature in this Disc!

Overall I gave this Game a 7 because it was really educating in how they made the game, what kind of places they had to go to to get some ideas for the game. If you just happen to play this game recently and your interested in ''THE MAKING'' kind of thing you should go for it. Other than that I would save money for MGS2 Substance which includes Tons and Tons of VR Missions you can play. On the other had they could of done a little better for the sound for the cg cut scenes because there is no sound for it. I guess sound couldn't fit because of the memory. Well its still good if you a MGS/MGS2 Fan. And for all you gamers that go for graphics, Dont worry. You will be stunned once you watch the cut scenes!
