Legion: The Legend of Excalibur

"Ok game if you are in to Hack & Slash"

This game is considered by a lot of people who buy it to be ''BAD'', but I look at it like this. Everyone is different and some people may like games that many others do not. This is one of those games. If you hate hack and slash games,meaning a game where you just block, swing, and move around a bit, then turn away now. If you are still here, you will probably enjoy this game so I will not focus on the hack and slash part.

Gameplay 8/10
The gameplay get such a high score because of all the interesting characters and what they can do to the evil enemies. There are wizards, like Merlin, and Archers, like Gwenevere, and warriors, like King Arthur. They all have this special ablility that only works whe nthey have a required amount of stamina. These special powers are usually very cool to watch. The A.I. in this game is not very high but there are so many enemies, that if the A.I. was any better, this game would be extremely hard. Another bonus to this gameplay is that you can tell all four characters,that you chose on any of the latter missions, what you want them to do like defend and such.

Story 6/10
No bad for a King Arthur plot but it is not anything at all special. If you have heard stories of King Arthur then this will just be like a memory refresher. It doesn't get old but it doesn't leave you shocked at all either.All in all its a fair story.

Length 8/10
This game seemed to me to be quite lengthy. It took me a while to beat the second level but after that it still seemed like this game would last someone else about 2 weeks, playing a couple hours every day. Plus, as you go throught the game, you get more and more characters to fill up your round table. I think you end up with 8 characters and you can chose 4 on some missions so there is a lot of variety.

Replayability 5/10
I got bored when I tried to play the game over again because it took me quite a while the first time so it could not keep my interest a second time around. Some of you out there may be different though so I give a score in between.

Like I said before, If you are still here reading, you will probably enjoy this game. The characters are cool and it will keep you busy for quite a while.
