Auto Modellista is a great arcade/sim racer that has more greats than flaws! When the game first came out it go very bad ratings by Rottentomatoes, and by those dumb people at techtv xplay.. Then as the hours turned into days and as the days turned into weeks, and as? I forgot what I was saying but after many months of hard bad reviews for this game I even though eventually bought Auto Modellista for 40$ and I also got a Network Adaptor for my ps2!! I really like this game and I hope you will too!!
Gameplay: I gave it much thought on buying this game and I decided to buy this instead of Atv Offroad Fury 2!! Im glad I got this game instead! After I heard so much bad things about the offline mode I first tryed to go online but a router doesn\'t work for this game so I soon after played MC2 online instead!! After a few hours I eventually played Auto Modellista offline and it was awesome! I first went to the options and made sure everything was good to go and then went to Garage Mode (main mode)!! I was so amazed on how much car things you can adjust.. Just about anything your car has you can adjust!! Then after adjusting and creating a paint job I tooked a test run.. My first impression was CELL SHADED? I didn\'t know if thats good or bad! Then as I started off I noticed that the control felt like a sim feeling!! My first lap I spinned and wiped out about 5 to 10 times then on my second lap I wiped out 3 times then all the last lap I wiped out no times! Then as I adjusted the car again I first tooked a test run and my car had oversteer so then I later adjusted back! Then eventually I got my car the way I liked and I went to races! My first race was a winding hillside road which I spinned about 5 times my first time! Then my 2nd try at the course I spinned no times but I still couldn\'t win so then I went to another track. I went to the super speedway!! My first attempt I spinned out no times and I won the race! Then after the game went back to the garage screen I unlocked a new thing for my garage!! I soon realized that this game is not all about racing its about good tuning and having sponsors and making your garage good looking!! As I raced in the highway level I soon beated that In one try too!! I unlocked 4 new levels!! From then on out this game had me hooked for a all nighter!! Enough about the garage mode!! Theres arcade mode where you pick a car a track and get going!!! There\'s a Replay machine mode which adds to the replay value!!! You can view your saved replays, you can edit them the way you like it, or you can edit a whole new race that you have never been too!!! I love the offline play!! I can\'t imagine how good the online play will be!!! Can\'t wait to go online!!!

Graphics: At first glanced I was kinda skepticall about the cell shaded but as I played I got used to it soon or later I grown to love it!!! The art director deserves props!! I have never seen a cell shaded game lool so good!! I like this cell shade better than Legend Of Zelda Wind Waker!! A lot of people say that cell shaded graphics are for little kids!! They are so wrong!! I enjoy the cell shade better than the regular old and plain graphics that you see every where else!

Sound: The sound is great!! I imagine that the sound would be better online than off because you have players interacting with each other.. Capcom did a great job on the sound!! I never liked Mega Man or any of the capcom games intill Auto Modellista.

All in all Auto Modellista deserves to be on your collection if your a racing or online fan! A great buy!! Great offline and probally awesome online!!! This game rocks!!!
