The Virtua Fighter series is a franchise to be reckoned with! It has 4(plus some spinoffs) games under its belt and it just keeps getting better and better! When Virtua Fighter 4 came out it was said to be the greatest fighter ever, so now with Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution you get the best fighter ever, made ever better! It's history in the making all for $19.99($29.99 CDN)!

Gameplay 9/10: The gameplay is pretty much perfect, the controlling is easy, the movement is fluent and the number of moves is almost limitless!! My only complaint is that it is very hard at times to pull off the big combos because of all the button smashing! But it is great none the less.

Story 7/10: Do fighting games really have stories? No, not really. This games story is about a tournament being held and people competing in it. Pretty much same story, but can you really get enough of it? The excitement of facing off against a hard foe to move up rankings is actually very suspenseful at times! Its a fine story to piece the game together.

Graphics/Sound 10/10: Now this is where the game really kicks butt! The Graphics are amazing! They are greatly improved over the last game. The polygon counts have been increased, and the details has been too! The sound is pretty much the same, but hey who can complain? Smashing someone up against a fence is dynamite!

Play Time/Replayability 10/10: Man if I could give this a higher score than 10 I would give it 100! This game just goes on and on, with something like 1500 unlockables, and a almost seemingly never ending quest! And then kicking your friends butts in multiplayer is also sweet! This game keeps going and going, I love it!! And with the bonus 10th anniversary mode you can play as all you favorite characters in the classic Virtua Fighter 1 arcade style and feel with full blocky graphics!! It is soo much fun!

Final Reccomendation: Get this game! If you have any spec of interest in the 3d fighting genre you should get this! Soul Calibur 2 has a lot of competition from this game! And it has already been touted as the best 3d fighting game ever created! (GMR,OPM) This game has beautiful graphics, many characters, and a huge quest mode!! And did I mention 10th Anniversary mode? Ooooh it is like having 1 games in one!! And how much is it? It is all the lovely price of a greatest hits title! $19.99!! (29.99 CDN)
