"A strange game"

Intro:Alter echo was the weirdest game I have ever seen,it mixed action with sci-fi,and the results were strange.Even though this game was a strange game,it still surprised many of us gamers.Their was a lot of morphing involved,and all of it was mixed up to make the strangest game any gamer has ever seen.

Graphics;The graphics for alter echo were colorful,and unique,and the environment was the thing that surprised me the most.Since the planet your in is living,that makes a unique glow in the environment,and it looks sci-fi,and promising,but the thing that surprised me the most was that everything in the game had a kind of animation that made it look really awesome,but the time attacks that you do in this game are really neat,and are designed to be very nice.

Sound:The music was kind of techno,but at the same time a little bit rock,you can't really tell,all I know is that the music was good.

Story:You play as Nevin(Nevin,Kevin get it)a shaper who can change into different forms with a kind of chemical substance called multiplast,and the planet he's in is made of multiplast,he then has to destroy the pirates who are hoping to harness the power of the multiplast,and the monster,drones who are their to protect the planet.This seems really hard considering Nevin is just a little boy,but he can turn into multiple shapes,and execute deadly attacks.

Gameplay:This is the part that really shines in Alter Echo offers some real decent things,but for now let's start from the begging the shapes Nevin can morph into three shapes,all which have their advantages,as well as their disadvantages,the forms are:Normal Nevin can be used in melee situations,and he should be used when the player is high on health.The Nevin form can go pretty fast,and is fun to use,the next form is Nevin's mach form this form is basically the long range form,and you can hit targets that are far away,while keeping a safe distence,i also call this form the wuss form,then last,but not least their's Nevin's creepy crawly form,this form goes fast,and can used in stealth situations you can even turn invisible for a short period of time in this form,this makes it extremely useful.The fighting engine forces the player to be creative, as the monsters will automatically block any attack used twice in a row. Morphing during the attacks is possible. You can juggle the enemy into the air using a melee combo, and then quickly switch to the cannon-toting robot suit and blast him into smithereens. In addition, some enemies are only vulnerable to attacks from a certain suit, forcing you to use your morphing ability.Even with this the morphing form is not really the center of the game,time is.Nevin can use time to his advantage,and freeze many difficult monsters then destroy them in mach mode,this is extremely fun.Nevin can also execute a series of deadly strikes using time.There are also power ups that make Nevin's time gauge go up,once his time gauge is full you go into interesting mini game,once you complete that game successfully you get to hit monsters with deadly time strikes(this is similar to omni slash in Final Fantasy VII).The gameplay really shines,and makes this game really fun.

Buy or rent:If you like science fiction stuff like Star Wars,then you should rent this,if you don't like science fiction do the same.
