Sonic Heroes

"Charlie's Angels.... Sonic Style.... Well in a Way."

Sonic has finally made is Playstation 2 debut. And in my opinion, has made a fantastic first impression. Sonic Heroes is a team based, speed game. The first Team is Team Sonic which includes Sonic (The Cameron Diaz of the group), Tails (Drew Barrymore) and Knuckles (The Lucy Liu). Okay, I am just kidding with the names underneath, but Team Sonic has a gameplay that is all about speed and about trying to get to the finish the fastest. Next is Team Dark with Shadow, Rouge, and Omega. They have a lot of enemies to fight. Team Rose is next with Amy Rose, Cream, and Big The Cat. Their gameplay is meant for new players. And The last team is Team Chaotix with Espio, Charmy, and Vector. They have missioned based gameplay.

Story: 8/10

The story for Team Sonic is that Sonic, Tails, and Kunckles get a letter from Eggman saying that he is going to take over the world in three days and chalenges them to try and stop him. The three agree and go on an adventure to try to stop Eggman.

The story for Team Dark starts of as Rouge is trying to find Eggman's treasure. She goes inside this room that has Shadow incased. Omega (he is a robot by the way) tries to shoot Rouge and Shadow. Rouge talks to Omega and Omega says that Eggman locked him up in the room. She then talks to Shadow doesn't remember a thing. Rouge then says that they should go find Eggman and give him what he deserves! The Team then Runs off.

The Story for Team Rose is that the three lost all of their friends. Amy can't find Sonic, Cream can't find her Chao's Cheese's brother Chocola, and Big can't find Froggy. The three then diside to look for their friends together. Oh and by the way. during the entire game, Big is always say something about Froggy like ''Froggy... where are you....'' It is cute the first couple times but after that, you want to kill Big.

And finally, the Story for Team Chaotix is that the three have a dectective agency and really need some buisness. Then, they get an unknown client and the three are on their way...

Graphics: 10/10

The Graphics in this game are vibrant and beautiful. The Character models are fantastic and the backrounds are so breath-taking. The graphics are really good and colorful.

Sound: 9/10

The music is really good and the sound effects sound like they came out from a genesis. When I say that I mean like they sound like the original games, which is good. Like the sheild noise and the ring noise are good...

Controls 9/10

The Controls are easy after about 10 minutes. They come like second nature to you. Like ''Oh I have to do a homing attack and then when I land immediatly go into flying formation and use Thunder Shoot'' or some other senario like that. But I am not eggxagerating, it will become second nature to you really fast...

Replayablity:10/10

This game has a lot of replayablity. You want to beat your best times, get as many rings as possible, get the highest score as possible, get all the emblems, get all A Ranks, and collect all the Emeralds and more. This will keep you trying to get 100% for ages.

Buy or Rent:

I say buy definatly. Whether you are a veteran Sonic player or a new comer who is unsure about playing a Sonic game. Buy this, it is so much fun.
