Evergrace

"The evergracing eternal game"
If you played Eternal Ring and liked it than this game is for you. Unlike the Eternal Ring, in this game you are in third person view instead of first person. You take place as two characters in this game, Sharline and Darius. A good feature in the game is you can use both players, you can change to whatever one you want when you go to a save point. So if you get pissed off at one character you can try your luck with another character. I believe they do meet somewhere in the game but that is for future to hold.

The details are exactly like on Eternal Ring, I mean the game is made by the same company so what do you expect. The character detail is really something since you can actually see them in this game. When you get new armor or a hair pin or anything like that, when you equipped it the item actually shows unlike other games. There are some times when you may attack an enemy or use a magic spell it might catch you off guard with it being all the sudden move. Other than the characters the terrain looks really good compared to Eternal Ring. There is much more to explore in this game since you have two characters, even though they do go to some of the same spots. The dungeons are really well completed. They actually made it like a dungeon with a lot of room to roam around in and a lot of enemies for you to be handled with. Not to mention they even took the liberty to throw somewhat of traps in the dungeons. Overall the graphics aren't the best but they will tide you over throughout the whole game.

The fact of having two characters can be a good thing. You have two totally different people with different moves to deal with. So you have more fun while trying to master each character. With each new weapon you get, you do a specific attack. And the more weapons you get the more moves you will have. The armor in the game not only raises your defence but it will raise your elemental status with whatever element you are dealing with. A good thing is the armor doesn't just help you elements it also decreases some of the others so you need to know your elements and your armor so you don't end up making something weak that you might need to plow your enemy down with. There is much more needed to be known about the greatness of the game play but that is your own time to figure out the fun of this game.

The sound is ok. There voice actors suck like usual but I guess it is a good thing comparing it to most games. *cough* Resident Evil *cough*. Moving on.....The monsters don't really have much to say in this game. Couple of grunts here and there and you are good to go for the monsters. The weapons on the other hand seem to act well with their noises. When you strike something like a wall you will get a noise of what you would expect. And when you hit an enemy it sounds like your weapon is slashing right through their flesh. Which is what you want right? Thought so. The music in the game is a nice peaceful tent to it. Except in dungeons then you get the I'm in a creepy dungeon sense. The sound overall isn't the best thing about this game, but if you like music and calming tones than this soundtrack is for you. But if you don't like crappy voice acting then I may suggest another game for you.
