Introduction.

This is a better version of the same game for Game Cube. Some problems have been fixed,there are new outfits and skills. Tales of Symphonia is an old style role playing game mixed with a new battle system typical of modern games.

Graphic: 10

Fantastic. Simple, clean but with tons of details. Characters are almost perfect and cities and dungeons are definitely awesome. The graphic is in the typical "manga" (Japanese comics) style with some really beautiful computer graphic movies and, most important thing, lots of graphic bugs have been deleted and the game is even faster than it was.

Sound: 10

A perfect soundtrack. There are really tons of tunes: From the sweet serenade to the cruel requiem and there are also happy, groovy, scaring tunes. The music of this game will remain in your soul forever because it is simply fantastic and never repetitive: you'll hear an enormous quantity of tunes in the game so that you will never have the feeling that you have already heard the same tune.

Game play: 9

This is a role playing game that mixes the perfect style of the oldest fantasy games with the new, active and exciting, fighting style. In other words you'll be fascinated by the fantastic world of Tales of Symphonia and you'll also have fun with the great combat system. You have to choose a character that you will use in battle and then you have to set the move in the menu; when you enter a battle you'll act as a typical action role playing game. : you have to attack your foe until you decide to use a battle skill. At that point you have to use the button that you decide before entering a battle. If you forgot... don't worry! you can open the menu in battle to use, techniques, items and also change equipment. So the game is very fast, exciting but also strategic. Unfortunately the game is a bit easier than you would expect.

Story and Longevity :10

A typical RPG story that is also original and with some shocking events: you can only imagine what lies beyond a door. Also you have to play for sixty hours to finish but you will play it over and over because it is impossible to collect everything at once. Don't worry it will be as fun as the first time. About the story...both fun and romantic:simply fantastic.

This game is better than Grandia 2,Disgaea,Final Fantasy X. Maybe it is even better than Star Ocean. Anyway, if you like role playing games buy Tales of Symphonia: you won't regret it.
