Review by Kain vs Raziel

"Eww! Alien vomit is sticky!"

This certainly was a game with a lot of promise. It looked great and I thought it would be really good. I finally got the game and I have to say I was a little disappointed.

Gameplay 5/10
The gameplay was alright but it got boring. There were only six guns and two types of grenades. Most good 1st person shooters average from 10-15 weapons. I did however like how they managed to make the shotgun a good weapon in this game. Oh and the end boss was really lame. I won't say what it was, but it was something that belonged in a little kids game. The other bosses were all cramped into the last part of the game and were also easy to beat. As for the normal enemies, there are only five different types.

Graphics 10/10
The graphics were good and I found no problem with them. The blood was a little excessive seeing how most walls were covered in it. The fire worked and I don't think the game had any water in it.

Sound 9/10
Not much to say about this area, it worked.

Story 2/10
This is were the game gets hit really hard. It never explained what happened or why these events were occurring. The main story is about your character and his problems. Basically what he says gets way repetitive. It does give you a hazy look at what the goal was, but you have to guess or assume what happened. It's like starting at chapter ten in a 25 chapter long book.

Lifespan 4/10
It doesn't really have much of a lifespan. I only played it once, and intend to not play it again. The game had a lot of extra stuff to find that would unlock “reading material”. The “reading material” was mainly documents that refer to Atlantis, aliens, and many other conspiracy settings. The game also does not take very long to beat.

The multiplayer also does not help this category. With only six weapons and two grenades, well killing each other gets really repetitive. It does however have quite a few areas to go fight at.

Buyability 0/10
This isn't a game that you will want to buy. This is defiantly a game that you would rather rent.

Overall 5/10
Well this game gets a five out of ten. Maybe if they make a second one, it may come out better.
