"You will respect this game."
Well I gota say when I saw the advertisments for this game I was afraid they were going to ruin it but after I saw a review for it on t.v I went and rented it. I must say this is the best video game made from a movie I have ever played.
Gameplay: 9/10
When you start the game you go into a character creation. The facial features are pretty good actually. Ok basically its all about earning respect. The more respect you get the easier the game will be for you. You earn respect by what else, killing other gang members of course! You also earn respect by other ways such ass blowing up safes and taking over business. When you go around taking over business and killing other gang members you gain vendetta the more vendetta the more aggressive that specific type of gang members will be. If you get too much vendetta you will start a mob war and the only way to win a mob war is to bomb one of there business or go bribe a F.B.I. agent so get them off your backs, but if you loose the mob war one of your business will be bombed. You gain experience by gaining more respect and doing mission in which they give u a certain amount of points you can spend on fighting, shooting, health, speed, and street smarts. To be more specific on what these do they can help you reload guns faster, gain less vendeta, or up ur health recovery.
Graphics: 7/10
The graphics in this game can be considered a clone for GTA vice city.
Story: 8/10
Well I gota say if your a fan of the movie you will like this story line, but even more importantly ESPECIALLY considering its a game made from a movie even non-fans will like the story line.
Replayabilitry:
Unfortunitly this is not a game you can really replay because once all the business are taken over there really isnt that much more you can do. So I definitely call this a rental game but it still is a must play for all the shoot em up gamers out there.
Overall I give this game a 9/10 and remember when your playing its all about the respect.
