"GTA has Some New Competition"

After playing through the game here is my review of the Godfather.

Graphics: 8/10 because there are some minor problems with the graphics and like sometimes cars would just disappear then reappear and some time they would just appear when you were walking. Also sometimes your characters lips wouldn't move when he was talking.

Sound: 9/10 because sometimes nothing would come out of your character's or NPC's mouths when they talked. Also I heard the godfather theme so much that now I don't ever want to hear it again.

Gameplay: 9/10 since it at first some things are really cool but if you do it a lot it will get kind of repetitive (extortion mostly), but most of the things are really fun and won't get old such as the Blackhand control mechanic, and contract hits. I mean how can throwing a guy off a 4 story roof get old?

Story: 10/10 Since it had all of those memorable scenes from the Godfather and they threw in some new stuff that just makes the already perfect Godfather story even better. I don't know how it's possible, but EA pulled it off. Before I say some of the scenes I liked I'm just reminding you that they will contain major spoilers.

Some of the scenes I liked were when Don Vito made you one of the Corleone's made men and what he said after when you talked to him, also Frankie got killed by Bruno that was one of my favorite scene's, and when you found out that Monk was a traitor. That scene was just amazing. The way Monk shot that FBI agent to cover himself up. And the famous scenes in the movie were redone perfectly. EA stayed very true to the Godfather story. The only problem I had was that the story missions were to short. There weren't enough of them.

Replay Value: 8/10 The replay value is good because of all the different choices you can make and I don't think anyone will every get tired of seeing some of the scenes in the game because of the way their done. Plus the 3 different endings will have you playing this game over and over again without getting bored of it.
