Play through the tutorial by killing the Pirates who are attacking the vessel.
Shoot all nine Pirates using the boxes for protection.
Duck behind the boxes to avoid the remaining two until Sullivan arrives.

JUNGLE
Follow the path to the river, then proceed through the river until you reach
the waterfall.
Once you reach the waterfall, head down the path to the right. This will lead
you to a large, open area which may appear as a dead-end. However, hugging
the large rock wall ahead of you will take you to a very narrow opening.
Upon emerging in the nearby ruins, proceed along the path to your immediate
left until you run into a broken wall in the distance. Climb to the top ledge
of this wall, then turn to your left.
Now jump to reach the ledge in the distance, then proceed forward, jumping to
the next platform thereafter.
Climb onto the broken pillar to your left, then proceed forward. Jump to the
pillar large ledge ahead of you, prompting nathan to point out a hollow point
in the area below. Now you just need to find a way to break through it.
Jump across to the large pillar to your right, then again to reach the ledge
directly ahead of you. Now press the O Button when prompted to hang off the
ledge, moving to your left thereafter.
Move to your left and push the X Button to jump past the gap in the wall.
Continue doing so until you're unable to proceed further along this ledge. At
that point, jump to the ledge across from by moving the direction pad away
from you and press the X Button.
Once you are on the other wall, climb up to the cliff above. Up here you will
find a large block that can be pushed onto the hollow ground below. Great!
Now jump down and proceed through the door below.
UNDERGROUND PASSAGE
Now proceed into the large chamber ahead to initiate a cutscene. Afterwards,
head towards the light, but don't drop down the pit. Shoot the powder keg
across the pit, then climb up the column to reach the large door ahead. Look
for a weight next to the door and spam the triangle button to raise the door
to the next room.
As Sullivan holds the door, proceed through and look for a trolley on your
right. Push the trolley under the door to temporarily hold it open, then
examine the large brazier in the middle of the room. Once the lamps have been
lit, shoot the one above the debris that's blocking the doorway on the other
side of the room.
Now proceed into the large circular room, then to your immediate left. Grab
hold of one of the pegs sticking out of the wall.
Jump right three times, down, right twice, up, right, up, right, right, allow
the peg to drop, then jump right, up, right, up, right, then right again to
reach the vine. Now drop to the bottom of the room and locate another powder
keg next to the rubble.
After shooting the poweder keg, Sullivan will climb down the ladder. Follow
him into the next room to light the brazier, then proceed onward through the
corridor ahead.
There are four blocks which need to be pushed within this room. Here are the
locations of each:
A) Head to the wall on the right, then grab hold of the ledge to hang off the
wall. Jump along these wall mounts to reach a larger platform to the left.
Here is Block #1.
B) Turn 90 degrees to your left. Jump to the broken pillar, then to the ledge
in the distance. Here is Block #2.
C) There's another ledge mounted against the wall to the left of Block #2.
Hang off this ledge and proceed along it to reach Block #3.
D) Jump to the pillar behind you from Block #3, then move to the other side
of it. Jump across to the platform behind you to reach Block #4 against the
wall.
The order of which these blocks must be pressed are Block B, Block D, Block C,
then Block A.
Upon doing so, climb down the ladder, then drop to the ledge sticking out of
the wall. Move left and jump to grab onto one ledge, then jump to the left
again to grab onto the next. Now climb onto the platform and proceed into the
next room.
Grab hold of the pedestal and push it towards the room you just came from.
Once the water begins flowing again, return into the circular room and drop
into the water below. Swim towards the stretch of dry land in the distance,
then climb onto the large rock against the wall.
Climb up the wall using the rocks and ledges mounted onto the wall. Once you
reach the large rock above, jump to the wall across from you to grab onto
another ledge. From here, jump to the vine on your right and climb up to the
surface above.
Shoot the powder kegs to blow open the door, then turn around and proceed
through the corridor to locate two weights. Pull on the weights to open the
door, then move across the bridge. As it begins to break, run quickly to the
other side, then head upstairs to initiate a cutscene.
Afterwards. follow the markings in the floor to return to the jungle. Proceed
up the hill to the waterfall, then climb the upper ledge on your right and
approach the boat thereafter.
NAZI U-BOAT
Jump into the water and swim towards the waterfall in the distance, not the
one that drops into the lake below. Climb onto dry land to the right of the
waterfall, then proceed towards cliffside ahead.
Climb onto the rock and swing across the vine. Jump off the vine to reach the
ledge on the right, turn to your right, drop to the lower platform, then
climb to the next platform above you. Turn towards the wall and grab hold of
the mounted ledge above.
Swing across the vine to your left and jump to reach another mounted ledge.
Once you're hanging from the mounted ledge, move to your left and jump to
grab hold of the next ledge. Move across this ledge to the left until you are
unable to move further, then jump upwards to reach the grassy cliffside above.
Follow the cliffside to the end, then jump to grab hold of the rock formation.
Move to the left and jump onto the vine, then climb up to the top. As you
reach the top, pick up the Gold Tairona Pendant on the ground, then hang off
the outer ledge and proceed left until you you come to a wall.
At this time, Sullivan will inform you that it's a long way down. This will
tell you that you and I are on the same page. Jump across the chasm to grab
hold of the ledge on the other side, then climb up to the cliffside above.
Follow the path through the alcove, then jump across the pit. You should now
be in an area overlooking the waterfalls.
Hang from the ledge and move to your left. As you reach the next ledge, drop
into the water below, then swim towards the waterfall against the cliffs.
Climb up the three ledges behind the waterfall, then hop aboard the U-Boat.
Climb onto the lookout post, then drop into the interior of the U-Boat.
NAZI U-BOAT (INTERIOR)
Head down the corridor, opening the door at the end of it. Once inside the
room you just opened, proceed forward to drop into the lower corridor.
Examine the decomposing corpse to initiate a cutscene, then enter into the
next room. This will eventually lead you to another sealed door which must be
manually opened.
After opening the door, head into the next room. Here you'll have to get wet
a bit.
Swim to the ladder at the end of the corridor, then climb up to the upper
level. As you enter the next room, Nathan will encounter the Captain... Dead,
actually, but you will receive a map to your next clue nonetheless.
Enter into the next room to initiate a cutscene, leading Nathan to quickly
exit the U-Boat.
JUNGLE
Quickly follow the path to escape from enemy fire. Beat up anyone that stands
in your way, but don't turn around to assault the guys shooting at you. It
won't end well.
Following the Cutscene, peek your head around the broken pillar and shoot the
Pirate near the cave. Head forward towards the next pillar and use it for
protection, shooting the next three henchmen that emerge.
UNDERGROUND PASSAGE
As you enter the ancient tunnel, pick up the AK-47, then proceed through the
corridor. Once you come to the next flare on the ground, shoot the Pirate
on the upper ledge, then climb up and enter the large room above.
Hide behind a pillar and shoot the two henchmen that emerge, then pick up the
Golden Inca Cap, located to the right of the passage they just emerged from.
Be careful as you enter the next room, you will want to take out the Pirate
holding the AK-47 from the top of the stairs. Once that's done, head into the
next room and jump across the platforms. Once you're about halfway across,
duck behind a pillar and shoot the Pirates, then continue across to the
other side.
Proceed through the corridor to the large room ahead, climb up the stairs on
the other side, then quickly hide behind the wall. Shoot the first Pirate
as he emerges, then the next approaching from not too far behind. At that
point, eliminate the remaining two, then proceed through the corridor ahead.
As you emerge in the large room ahead, kill the next Pirate that approaches,
then proceed forward into the circular room with the ladder. Climb up the
ladder, then enter the large room to your left and duck behind the brazier.
Proceed forward and hide behind the broken column that bridges the abyss. Now
shoot at the two henchmen below, then head down the bridge to the room below.
Duck behinid the large pillar ahead to shoot the four henchmen, then climb up
the rope by the stairs and proceed back into the jungle.
Hide behind one of the columns and eliminate the henchmen that emerge, then
hop into the nearby jeep.

JUNGLE
You might remember this piece from the Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Demo. Shoot
the lock on the nearby gate, then enter the area ahead.
Head towards the waterfall and enter the dark alcove to the left of it. Look
for the Silver Fish Charm on the ground, then turn back towards the lake and
scale the cliffside to the right of the waterfall.
Once you are at the top, follow the path through the dense grass to a large,
open area. Drop into the river, then follow it forward. Turn right just prior
to where the water slopes from the lake above and scale up the cliffside
until you're next to the waterfall. You should now be overlooking the lake
below.
Jump across to the ledge on the other side of the river, then walk across the
narrow log. Quickly hide behind the stone tablet and kill the henchmen who
emerge. Walk across the next log, then climb up the vine to the area above.
Quickly hide behind the barricade, kill the Pirate, then pick up the ammo,
including the Grenade from the nearby crate.
Turn around and head through the ruins, eliminating the Pirates, then scale
the cliff until you're overlooking the Pirate camp below.
PIRATE CAMP
There are about a dozen or more Pirates in this area. Try and make a headshot
on one of the Pirates below, then quickly drop into the encampment. Hide
behind the large wall, then run out towards the broken wall to the right of
it. Use this for cover from enemy fire.
Locate the AK-47 against the broken wall to the left of where you initially
dropped down if you need it.
Once all the Pirates on the ground level have been eliminated, rush into the
encampment and head towards the back of it. Hide behind one of the support
columns and eliminate the remaining Pirates, all of which may be found on the
ground level, or the upper region of the ruins. If they throw you a Grenade,
quickly roll to the next column.
There are various powder kegs which you can use to your advantage. Two of
them can be found in the middle of the lower ruins, while the other is hidden
on the left-hand side of the upper ruins.
After defeating all of the enemies, pick up all that fresh ammunition, then
go to the left-hand region of the ruins. See the broken archway surrounding
the lower encampment? Well climb onto the lowest column near the large tree,
then from there, jump to the next column and walk along it until you are able
to jump over towards the gate on your right.
CENTRAL RUINS
Kick open the Gate, then quickly hide behind the wall and kill the Pirates.
Now enter through the gate on the right to reach the next part of the ruins
and eliminate the Pirates in this area. Once they're all dead, head to the
wall at the back of the ruins and jump to hang off of the mounted ledge.
Climb onto the ledge, proceed left to locate a Patterned Silver Ring, then
turn around and go forward until you have a wall opposing you. Jump onto the
ledge to the right of the wall and hang from it, then from there, jump across
to the broken wall and climb up it to reach the platform.
Jump across a series of platforms until you are almost above the lower gate.
At that point, jump to the ledge on your left and drop to the path below.
Follow the path to the next part of the ruins, eliminate the Pirates in this
area, then proceed towards the sound of the waterfalls to the right.
THE WATERFALL
You cannot fall into the water or else you will plummet to your death. Once
you emerge, turn to your right to notice some mounted ledges within the
cliffside. Jump towards them to land on a large rock, then grab hold of the
mounted ledge and move to your left.
Jump from one mounted ledge to the next until you land on a rock below. From
here, turn around and jump onto the platform sticking out of the water. Jump
to the next, then to the broken bridge. Duck behind it and shoot down the two
Pirates.
You can't jump past the broken part of the bridge, so forget about that. If
you turn towards the waterfall on your left, you will notice a large rock
sticking out of the water. Jump onto that, then towards the ledge closest to
the waterfall. From there, jump to the mounted ledge behind the waterfall and
move to your right.
Once you're at the end of the mounted ledge, jump up the series of platforms
on your right and climb up the other side of the bridge. This will lead you
to another broken section on the bridge.
Drop off the bridge to your right to land on the ledge below. As you move
forward, a piece of the formation will begin to collapse. Quickly jump to the
right to grab hold of the ledge, circle around the formation, jump across to
the next ledge, then climb up to the top of this formation and shoot down the
Pirate by blowing up the powder keg attached to his vehicle.
With that done, you should now be on top of the rock formation to the very
right. From here, quickly jump onto the vehicle, then to the platform that
it's attached to.
Jump up the series of platforms to ascend the small waterfall, then cross the
lake to reach the shore... And, yes, you won't die if you fall in the water
up here.
Pick up the ammunition from the crate, then scale the cliff to the area above.
Follow the path to your left up a pointy-shaped rock, jump across the chasm,
grabbing onto the hollow log, then scale the large cliff by climbing the two
vines.
PLANE WRECK
Eliminate all the Pirates in this area, then climb the rope into wreckage to
retrieve your Map.
Shoot down the three Pirates that approach, then run up the hill and hide
behind the stone barricane. Kill the next batch of Pirates who emerge, then
head further up the hill. Kill the third and final batch of Pirates, then
proceed through the gate doorway which previously exploded.
A Pirate will approach you as you ascend the hill, but don't worry about him,
he'll die as you get closer. Continue forward and jump across the chasm,
climb up the ledge, then quickly jump across the loose rock that's attached
to the cliff.
Climb onto the rock you're hanging off of, jump to the mounted ledge against
the rock to your right, then slide across until you're directly above the
grassy terrain below.
Proceed down the path horded by at least a dozen Pirates, but watch out for
the trip wires.
THE FORTRESS
As you approach the fortress, scale it until you reach the walkway on your
right, then ascend the stairs to reach a rope. Swing across the rope and jump
to grab hold of the wall on your right, then scale the wall until you are up
as high as you can go.
Jump from the mounted ledge to the rope on your right, then swing across to
the open window. Scale the mounted ledges into the open window of the
fortress, then proceed through the door on your left.
Head through the corridor and jump out the window to hang off the fortress
wall. Drop down the two ledges, then jump towards the vine on your right and
swing across. Jump to the next vine, swing across again, then scale the ledge
as your travel around the corner of the fortress wall. From there, drop down
twice, jump over to the right, then grab hold of the rope.
Climb halfway up the rope, then swing across to grab hold of the mounted
ledge on the other side. Now scale to the top of the fortress wall and jump
to the left. You should now be above the window. Jump to the left to grab
hold of the rope, then decend to the window below.
Pick up the ammunition on the crate, then proceed through the corridor. This
will lead you to a large room filled with more Pirates. Eliminate the Pirates,
then move to the upper walkway. Follow the walkway towards the crates, then
drop down into the area with the large tunnel.
Eliminate the two Pirates, then proceed up the stairs and through the tunnel.
Here you'll have to battle a few more Pirates, but also an additional one who
is operating a machine gun. Use the powder kegs to assist in eliminating the
Pirates bunched around the truck. There's also two more powder kegs on the
walkway above.
Once the area is clear, proceed through the door into the interior of the
fortress and climb the stairs to the walkway above, then turn to your
immediate right and head towards the tower on your right.
Circle around the tower and head up the stairs. Upon realizing that your
female friend is nowhere to be found, proceed up the stairs and into the open
window, pressing the triangle button to enter the radio room.
Once you radio the Pirate, you'll be locked into the radio room. Shoot the
lock and kick the door open, then shoot down the Pirates from above. Once the
area below has been cleared, enter into the interior of the base, noted by
the large wooden door.
FORTRESS (INTERIOR)
Now for the dude with the machine gun... Drop into the water below and run
towards him, ducking for cover while he's shooting. Just before reaching the
Pirate on the machine gun, locate and grab onto the ledge on your right, then
climb up to small room above.
Kill the Pirate on the machine gun, then proceed up the stairs in the small
room. Pick up the Golden Spoon behind the crates in the corner, then drop
back into the water below.
Shoot at the powder keg to the left of the machine gun and climb the rubble
to the ledge above. Exit out the door to your left, hide behind the stone
barricade, then shoot down all the Pirates who emerge.
Climb onto the fallen column in the water and use it to reach the wooden
platform connecting the two columns above. Jump onto the column that's "Under
Construction" to the right, then to the large platform with the gate.
Open the gate, then drop into the water below. Swim to the wall across from
you and grab hold of the ledge mounted on the wall. Keep jumping along ledges
to your left until you come to a pulley. Operate the pulley to raise the
water, then swim to the wall directly across from you and a bit to the left.
Here you will come across another ledge mounted into the wall. Jump along the
ledges to the right to access another pulley, raising the water yet again.
Once it has been raised, climb the broken stairwell in the center to reach a
small room above. Climb the stairs, then proceed along the corridor and exit
outside to encounter a few more Pirates.
COURTYARD
Now you need to head towards the tower.
Head upstairs and follow the walkway past the tower to find another pulley.
This one will raise the gate below.
Proceed through the gate that just opened, then onto the broken pillar nearby.
From here, jump to the next pillar directly ahead of you, then to the ledge
on your right. Follow the ledge to the other side, then jump onto the column
to the left.
Circle around the column 90 degrees to the right, jump onto the next column,
then to the ledge mounted against the wall. From here, jump to ledge mounted
against the window on the left, then to left again to land on another ledge.
Press the triangle button at the support string to break one of the nearby
columns, then press the O Button when prompted to do so or you will die. Once
the column has been broken, head back towards the gate and climb of the
column in opposition to the one you initially climbed up.
Jump across to the wall to your left, then step out to the platform on the
other side. Jump to the ledge on your right, then scale to the ledge above.
Now quickly jump onto the ledge to your right, then to the ledge mounted
against the right-hand wall. Now scale to the very top of the wall and drop
onto the narrow platform between yourself and the tower.
Scale up the tower until you are as high as you can go, then circle all the
way around to the left and enter the upper part of the tower. Once inside,
jump across to the open doorway on the other side, then circle around the
tower to the right, scale to the open doorway up top, then enter inside to
pick up a set of keys from the skeleton.
Now descend the rope to the bottom and then head back through the gate, where
you will then enter door on the left-hand side of this area. (Look for a door
with an inscription of two keys above it.)
Once inside the prison, head through the corridors into the large open area,
then quickly find a place to hide.
Shoot down all of the Pirates in this area, including the one manning the
machine gun. There's a powder keg in the middle of the area if you need it.
Once the area has been cleared, pick up all that fresh ammunition, then
access the pulley in the left-hand rear of the complex.
When the gate has been raised, quickly run through the door and up the stairs
to the interior corridor above. Kill the batch of Pirates up here, then
follow the corridor to the machine gun on your right.
Have fun blowing up a few Pirates. Get some revenge. Once they have all been
eliminated, continue the way you were going down the hall until you reach a
very dark passage. This will eventually lead you to a room where a light
shines brightly upon the wall. Examine the table to initiate a cutscene, then
assault the Pirate that attacks. (Mine looked like Anthony Anderson :D)
Once he has been killed, enter through the door on the right and head up the
stairs to the walkway outside.
Kill the Pirates who emerge from the tower, then follow the road to a broken
stairwell. Head part way up the stairs, then turn around and climb onto the
column. Jump across to the wall on the other side, then grab hold of the
ledge mounted against the wall. Jump along a series of ledges to the right,
entering into the small room on the other side.
Exit out of the other side and jump onto the column to the left. Drop to grab
onto the ledge below, then jump across three more ledges mounted into the
wall. From the third ledge, jump across to the column, then to the mounted
ledge on the right, then climb up onto the platform above.
Drop off the ledge on the other side, jumping past a series a ledges mounted
into the wall. As your proceed left along these ledges, you will eventually
find yourself below a large door, leading into a small room.
Ascend the stairs to the top of the complex. Following the cutscene, you will
have to take down one of the pesky Pirates, at which point the other will
turn around to get his revenge. You'll eventually wake up in an empty prison
cell.
THE ESCAPE
Here comes the fun part! Launching your rockets at those annoying Pirates as
you make an escape in the jeep. Simply shoot at all the Pirates you see while
you are driving off.

RUINS
Once you land, turn around and point your gun up, then shoot down the three
Pirates. Once they've been eliminated, turn around again, then proceed into
the ruins.
Clear the entire area of Pirates, then head to the back of the ruins and use
the pulley to open the gate. Proceed through the gate to initiate a cutscene,
then hop on the hovercraft.
Now take off down the canal, avoiding the barrels and enemy fire. You'll need
to shoot some of the barrels in order to get past them. You have unlimited
ammo, so don't worry about your accuracy.
THE CANAL
Once you've jumped into the port, head towards the stairwall near the large
building. Elena will then point out that you need to use the cable above to
reach the tower.
As you follow the docks through the harbor, you will need to eliminate the
Pirates who emerge, including the one with the rocket launcher. Once the
area has been cleared, proceed stairwell in the far back (not the one in the
center of the area). You should now be overlooking the canal again.
As you emerge on the ledge at the top, turn to your immediate right and jump
over to the next ledge. Walk along this platform, then jump to the next ledge
directly ahead of you.
Shoot the Pirate, then hang from the other side of the ledge and jump to the
vine on your left. Swing back and forth a bit, jump off to your left, then
from the window, jump to the pulley and use it to open the gate.

THE CANAL
Like before, dodge the barrels and shoot the Pirates as you drive through the
canal. Upon reaching the barred gate, you will need to locate the chain above
the gate and shoot it to open it.
RUINS
Upon reaching dry land, kill the Pirates that attack, jump into the water on
the right, then swim to the large area ahead, killing the Pirates who remain.
Keep in mind that you won't last very long hiding behind the loose barricades.
Instead, kill a few of the Pirates in your way, then run straight towards the
wall in the back. There's a large wall there that will make great use for
protection.
Once the area has been cleared, climb up the stairs and jump onto the ledge
against the left wall. From there, jump onto the platform directly ahead of
you, then turn to your right and jump towards the wall in the middle of the
ruins. Run forward and jump onto the column, then turn left and jump onto the
wall.
Proceed forward towards the wall, then jump to your left. Now jump onto the
slanted platform and drop to the area behind the gate.
Proceed forward and kill the Pirates who emerge. Be careful because as you go
deeper into the ruins, they will pull an ambush on you. Eliminate the horde
of angry Pirates, then proceed through the large wooden door on the far side
of the ruins.
As you enter the building, you might get a Pirate sneaking up behind you. If
this is the case, turn around, shoot him, then head towards the chain up
ahead. Stand to the left of the chain and hit the triangle button, then climb
the chain to the top and jump off to ledge on your left.
Walk to the end of the broken road, then jump onto the mounted ledge to the
right.
From here, jump up, up, right, right, hit the lever, jump left, left, left,
left, left, left, left, climb onto the platform, jump off the other side (to
the left), climb onto the next platform, then jump off towards the stairwell.
Climb the chain to the top, jump off to the left, jump up once, then climb up
onto the platform. Shoot the Pirate, then climb the stairs to the top of the
tower and exit outside.
Press the triangle button to slide down to the customs house below, then head
down to the door and shoot the lock on the door. Now open it to let Elena in.
If you don't a Pirate will come and shoot her dead.

THE CUSTOMS HOUSE
Once you are inside with Elena, head upstairs and drop to the area below. Now
head through the open doorway to initiate a cutscene.
Go upstairs and kill the Pirates (How did they get in here anyway?), then go
up the stairs in the back and release the chain pulley to open the gate on
your right. Now exit outside to initiate a cutscene.
Shoot the lock on the door next to where you emerged from, then kick the door
open. Jump across the ledge, then quickly press the X Button to save yourself
from a deadly fall.
Now kill the Pirates through the window, then jump from ledge to ledge until
you reach the door. Shoot the lock on the door to make it collapse, then jump
to the next ledge and access the chain pulley to raise the gate.
Once you enter the next area, you will be prompted to press the L2 Button,
showing a helicopter flying overhead. Descend into the area below, then kill
the Pirates as they attempt to make another ambush on you. If you're having
problems with this one, the trick is to kill the Pirate manning the machine
gun first, followed by the remaining Pirates. Also, don't stand in one spot
for too long or the grenades will become a bit overwhelming.
When the second wave comes in, start manning the machine gun as it will make
the battle a lot easier.
Once you have cleared the area, head upstairs and use the chain pulley to
open the gate, then proceed downstairs and approach the boat to initiate a
cutscene.
JUNGLE
Following the cutscene, head upstairs to where the stairs split ways, then go
left and cross the bridge to initiate a cutscene. Once on the other side, go
downstairs and to the left. Head to your left again and pick up the Treasure
on the ground.
Head back upstairs, then proceed left to reach the balcony. Drop to the area
below, then follow the path into the tunnel. From there, head upstairs and
kill the two Pirates, pick up the Gold Coatimundi behind the crates, then go
further upstairs and through the door at the top.
Kill the Pirates in this area, then jump onto the hovercraft to begin the
next chapter.

THE RIVER
While there is very little enemy fire here, it becomes pretty difficult going
upstream, while also avoiding the explosive barrels. Try avoiding the Pirates
if you can, just focus on getting to the end of the river.

MONASTERY (OUTSKIRTS)
Once you have landed, proceed up the steps, then into the water on the other
side. Look for a treasure behind the waterwheel, then climb back onto the
ledge and kill the nearby Pirates.
Once they're dead, cross the bridge, approach the gate, press the triangle
button to kick it down, then proceed through. From here, head upstairs to
initiate a cutscene.
Afterwards, head upstairs, but watch out, as this is where the Snipers begin
to take their one-hit kills.
Once the region has been cleared, head upstairs until you reach the monastery
entrance. Kill the two Pirates near the entrance, then drop to the area below.
At that point, take down the two snipers, then head inside the monastery.
MONASTERY (INTERIOR)
If you think you are walking into an ambush, you are absolutely right. As you
head towards the center of the area, quickly turn back, then hide behind a
nearby column or barricade.
Once the area has been cleared, proceed towards the left wall from where you
initially entered and go up the stairs. Enter the room on your right and
proceed up the broken stairwell to your immediate right.
Jump onto the ledge on your left, slide across, jump left to grab hold of the
column, slide 90 degrees left and jump to then column opposite of you, slide
180 degrees left, jump to the column opposite of you, then slide 90 degrees
right and jump onto the ledge.
Kick the door open and follow the walkway into the room on your left. Drop to
the room below and shoot the stash of powder kegs to create a big smoking
hole in the wall.
Don't go through the wall yet. Instead, goto the end of this hall and raise
the wooden door.
Once you're back outside, head down the ramp, then quickly duck behind a wall
to cover yourself from the sniper. Kill the two snipers, followed by the
remaining Pirates, then head towards the large building to the right of where
you initially entered.
(There's also two treasures in both the left and far left corners of the area,
these directions are based from where you initially entered.)
Proceed clockwise around the library to reach a broken wall. Head through the
broken wall to initiate a cutscene.
LIBRARY
Quickly find a place to hide, then take down the Pirates on the upper level,
followed by the snipers, then finally the Pirates below.
Once the area has been cleared, Nathan and Sullivan will meet up, prompting a
puzzling challenge to begin.
You'll need to jump up to the top shelf on each bookcase, turning the statue
clockwise or counter-clockwise. Based by the compass on the floor, rotate the
bird east, the gryphon west, the angel north, and the unicorn south.
Once that has been done, the bookshelf below will rotate, revealing a secret
passage. Proceed down into the passage below, pick up the treasure in the far
left corner, then push the two levers on the right-hand wall.

PASSAGE
From the underground passage, head down the nearby stairs, climb up the wall
to to the right, then proceed forward to reach an abyss.
Hang off the ledge, slide to your left, then jump along the ledges mounted
against the wall until you can't go any further. At that point, jump left,
left, left, left again, then climb onto the ledge.
Proceed up the stairs, kill the Pirates (How did they get down here anyway?),
then hit the gate chain lever in the back. Once the gate has been raised, go
upstairs, shoot down all the Pirates, then head towards the back to locate a
large bell.
You need to ring this bell, then quickly shoot the bell on the opposite wall
to lower the door to the next chamber. Climb down the ladder to the room
below, take out the Pirates, but don't enter that large room just yet. Go to
the back of the large monument on your left and pick up the treasure, then go
through the large room ahead.
Kill the Pirates in the next room, then climb up the half-wall in the back,
following the path to yet another abyss. Jump from ledge to ledge until you
hit the large wall in the back. At that point, jump up the ledges mounted
into the wall until you reach the platform above.
Jump across the abyss to grab onto another ledge, then climb to the room
above. Following the cutscene, exit out the door on the left, jump across the
abyss, then proceed downstairs into the small room ahead.
Enter the room on your left, then proceed upstairs and activate the gate
lever. With that done, exit out the door to begin the next chapter.

FOREST
Go up the stairs on your left, then left again to reach the dead-end wall.
Jump onto the coffin, then grab hold of the ledge mounted against the column.
Once you reach the end of the mounted ledge, jump across to the column behind
you, then move over to your right and jump onto the vine.
Swing across the vine to the right, then jump off to reach the right-hand
ledge. Move towards the right, jump across to the opposing wall, jump left,
then again to the vine. Swing across to the mounted ledge on the left and
jump to grab hold of it. Jump to the wall across from you, then ascend it to
the broken window above.
Hang from this ledge, then drop to the ground. Quickly hang off one of the
pits and shoot at the two Pirates, then enter through the door on the right
where all the Pirates are shooting from.
MONASTERY
Proceed along the upper walkway, jumping across the gaps, but don't enter the
door on the other side. Instead, head down the hall on your left and pick up
the treasure near the broken section of the floor.
Now head through the door and jump along the ledge until you reach the
broken stairwell. Go through the door on the left, then head downstairs and
up the other side.
As you enter through the door on your right, approach the next door and jump
to reach the the mounted ledge against the right-hand wall. Now jump up, left,
left, left, then left to the vine. Climb it to the top, then enter through
the broken window.
Hang from the window and shoot the Pirates, then proceed through the window
into the room below.
Now for some harder platforming. Head to the end of the hall and out onto the
wooden beam. Jump from here to the beam directly ahead of you, then jump to
the column on your right, then jump left, left, left, and left again.
Jump to the wooden beam across from you, then to the large candle lamp. Turn
around and jump to the wooden beam against the left wall, then to the column
on your right. Move along to the other side of the ledge, jump to the wooden
beam, jump to the next wooden beam, then walk along the beam and jump to the
next large candle lamp.
From here, turn towards the right wall and jump/walk along a series of wooden
beams until you come to a wall with a large key. Grab hold of the key, then
backtrack to the large candle lamp. From here you should be able to see the
second key on the wall.
Turn towards the window and jump towards the ledge just a tad to the left.
Now jump towards the column, move along to the other side of it, then jump to
the mounted ledge on the right. From here, jump right, then right again. Jump
to the wooden beam across from you, then walk/jump along the wooden walkway
until you reach the next key.
Jump onto the column to the right, move along to the other side of it, jump
right to reach the chain, then swing along it to reach the ledge mounted into
the wall. From here, jump onto the glass window, then proceed into the hall
ahead.
Circle clockwise to find a treasure, then circle counter-clockwise to locate
the window which resembles a heart with two keys sticking through it.
GRAVEYARD
From the window, drop once, jump left to the column, then left again. Now go
left, left, and left again. You should now be on the next column. From here,
jump up, left, up, then left onto the vine.
Slide down, then drop the ground. Pick up the Sniper on the Crate, then head
towards the right a bit. Use the Sniper to take down your Pirates of choice,
kill the rest, then head up the stairs on the left-hand side of the Graveyard.
MAUSOLEUM
Notice the Symbols on the wall? You need to rotate them a specific way. Look
at all the stone tablet and make sure they're all facing the correct way as
indicated in your book.
Once that has been done, turn the hourglass until the wall opens.

UNDERGROUND PASSAGE
Proceed through the underground corridor until you reach a large underground
corridor. When prompted to open your map, open it up and look at the roman
numerals. You'll also notice the roman numberals on the floor have an arrow
pointing in a certain direction.
So if the map says II, V, VII, head to Glyph II, follow the direction to the
fifth Glyph, then follow the direction to Glyph VII. Only turn at a Glyph if
it's marked on your map. If it's not, just keep going along the path you are
on until you reach the next Glyph.
The Glyphs will not appear in unison, which means you may end up going past
Glyphs that are not marked on your map. As long as you don't turn at a Glyph
that's not marked on your map, you are going the right way.
So once you have the room in operational order, head down the stairs and to
the Glyph marked Numbero IV. Climb up the chain to the top, then to the ledge
mounted against the wall on the right. Climb to the platform above, then
follow the path to the right. Watch out for the lamp because it will throw
you to your death.
When you reach Glyph II, drop down to the left and climb up the stairs. Head
along the walkway. You'll also notice a treasure down below as you cross the
bridge where Nate uses his radio to contact Sully.
Just before the next lamp, jump across the the bridge with the two swinging
lamps on your left, then hang from the ledge as you make your way to the
right. Now that you're past the two lamps, climb onto the ledge, then follow
the path forward and to the right.
Once you've reached Glyph II, jump across to the platform indicating Glyph V,
then proceed forward again until you come to four swinging lamps. Carefully
proceed past them to initiate a cutscene, after which you will be down a few
levels below.
From here, proceed past the two swinging torches, then drop to your left. Go
forawrd and jump to the wooden walkway directly across from you. As you
step onto the wooden elevator in front of you, you will be lowered to the
level below, prompting the gate in front of you to open.
Go up the stairs on your right, grab hold of the ledge against the wall, then
jump left, left, and left again. Climb up through the window, then drop into
the next room.
This next room is a little confusing. First off, the "thing" that was talked
about a few chapters back is watching you... Somewhere within this room. Head
to the right and locate Glyph III. Climb up the chain hanging from the wall,
then follow the wooden walkway to the elevator.
As you step on the elevator, it will drop back down to the level below,
opening the gate for Elena to enter.
Go up the wooden ramp which just collapsed, then follow the path to the left.
Once you head up the stairs, a swarm of Pirates will enter the area. Kill the
lot of them, then from the top of the stairs head left.
Go towards Glyph II, jump across the gap to the ledge on the other side, then
enter the circular room ahead. Exit out the other side, kill the Pirate on
your left, then turn around, kill the Pirate by the stairs, then head up the
stairs and hit the chain level to lower the ladder.
Now climb up the ladder behind you, but not all the way. There is an ambush
waiting for you on the platform at the top. Since there's very little places
to hide up here, ignore them and run along the wooden walkway until you have
reached the top.
Once up here, shoot down the Pirates in the distance, then continue down the
stairs on your right. Circle the wooden walkway to the top, then head up the
stairs to initiate a cutscene.

THE VAULT
You will be prompted to push the L2 Button. After this, Elena will ask you to
give her a boost. Now stand beneath the ladder and hit the triangle button.
Eddie will appear after the cutscene, but he won't attack you. Instead, you
will be temporarily allied with him while the two of you go Resident Evil on
a few Zombies.
Once the rope is down, locate it in the middle of the room and climb up it.
After Elena swings you over, grab the gun and run for your life. Shoot at the
Zombies by pressing the R1 Button, but don't stop to aim or it will just get
you killed.

CONTROL ROOM
Jump onto the pole outside the window, climb up, then jump to the right.
Climb up the second pole, then jump to the third on your right. Now climb up
the third pole, then jump to your left. From there, jump up, then slide right.
Jump over to the pole on your right, then slide to the bottom. Now jump over
to the pole on your right and slide across quickly until you reach the chain.
Jump from the chain to the pole on the right, then climb to the top.
Jump right twice, then slide to the bottom of the pole and jump onto the
platform. Grab hold of the pole on the other side, then quickly move across
to your right. Once you're on the other side, jump onto the platform and head
through the door.
BUNKER
As you enter the dark corridor ahead, jump across the pit, then proceed down
the hall until you come to an open door on your right.
Enter the large room here and proceed through the door on the other side. Go
down the hallway full of Zombies until you're faced with two possible
directions of travel. Head to the right, go forward a bit, then head left.
Pick up the treasure near the pile of rubble, then turn around, turn right,
then proceed forward.
Head down the third hallway on your left, then proceed forward until you come
to an open door.
GENERATOR ROOM
After you go through the open door, look for the large green generator with
the handle on it in the back of the room. Rotate it clockwise to begin the
next chapter.

GENERATOR ROOM
Kill the Zombies, then go through the door with the red alarm above it. Head
down the Zombie-infested hall, then climb onto the ledge at the end of it and
activate the second door within the Generator Room.
Go back to the Generator Room, kill the Zombies who emerge, then go through
the opposite door with the red alarm above it.
Head down the hallway, kill the Zombie, then hit the second switch to open a
third door. Go back to the Generator Room, then run through the door with the
green alarm. Don't bother attacking any of the Zombies around you because
there are an unlimited amount... Kind of like Resident Evil...
BUNKER
Once you exit the Generator Room, run down the hallway until you come to a
corridor spreading off in two directions. From here, turn right, then right
again at the next corridor. Proceed forward through the open door to initiate
a cutscene.
Kill the Zombies, then head to the closed door in the back and spam the
triangle button to open the hatch.
Once it's been opened, proceed into the next hallway and head left. Head into
the open door ahead to return to the control room, where Elena is nowhere in
sight.
CONTROL ROOM
Approach the window to initiate a cutscene, then quickly duck for cover and
shoot the Pirates who approach you. Afterwards, head down the stairs and into
the large room below where several more Pirates await.
DOCKS
Exit outside and shoot the Sniper in the Control Room to the left, then head
past the boxes of crates, shooting the Zombies who emerge.
Go into the room on your left and follow the stairs to the area below, where
the Pirates and Zombies are already in a heated battle. Once all the Pirates
and Zombies (including the Snipers) have been defeated, head to the back of
the dock and climb up the ledge, dropping off at the other side.
Enter through the door on the left and climb the ladder to the top. Following
the Cutscene, you will enter the next chapter.

MONASTERY
Follow the trail until you've returned outside of the Library. Kill all of
the Pirates in the area (including the Snipers/Rocket Launchers), then
head into the Church.
CHURCH
Quickly hide behind a column and take down the Snipers, followed by the
Pirates with Rocket Launchers, then anyone else remaining. Use the Sniper
against the left column to assist you with your longer-ranged targets.
After a good half-hour of dealing with your opponents, head to the altar to
initiate a cutscene.

Pick up the treasure behind the column in the fifth room, otherwise just keep
going down until you initiate a cutscene.
TREASURE ROOM
Do not jump into the water or you will die. You need to follow Elena into the
room they disappeared in, so head downstairs, cross to the other side of the
room, then proceed up the stairs on the other side. It's a lot harder than it
looks.
Once you're at the top, jump towards the golden coffin to initiate a cutscene.

SALVAGE SHIP
It's actually quite easy. Take down the three Pirates first so that the main
guy your after is alone.
The good news is that you won't be sniped down in one hit unless you've taken
a few hits already. The bad news is that his aim is really good and you will
be hit hard. The crates in the middle of the vessel are also destructible, so
it would be a very bad idea to use them for your protection.
Instead, use the metal crates off to the side. This will assure you that the
crates don't break on you when you're being shot at.
Since I don't know the name of the man you're fighting here (Pitiful excuse,
huh?), I won't name him, but once his three hencmen have been eliminated,
shoot the crates he's ducking behind. This will prompt him to run further
back.
Follow him towards the other end of the vessel, then shoot the crate he is
behind again. This will prompt him to run off a second time, but at least you
won't have to worry about him while you're taking out the rest of the Pirates.
Go to the third area, but press the O Button just as you pass the large blue
crate.
Take out the Pirates in the next area, but focus on the one who is holding
the Rocket Launcher the moment he becomes visible, as he will cause quite a
few potential problems.
Once all of the Pirates have been Eliminated, head up the ramp to initiate a
cutscene. You'll lose your weapon after the cutscene, prompting a bit of an
advantage for your opponent.
Here's how the last part of the battle pans out. Let him shoot the crates two
times, then roll to the crates on your right. Let him shoot twice again, then
dash for the crates in front of you. After he shoots a couple more times, he
will need to reload. This will be your chance to run at him and press the
Square Button.
Push the prompts as they appear on-screen, after which, he will rush for his
weapon. Run towards him and hit the Square button again, following the
buttons displayed on-screen.
Congratulations! You've beaten Uncharted: Drake's Fortune!
