Probably around 500 kbs up speed for 8 player, as 1000 kbs up is 16. Your best bet is to check how many you can host for now, and estimate from that what you need for a 8 player match.

We'll all u need is comcast high speed or verizon fios internet so u can host rank games. rank games must have 8 players or more.
