Folklore
Question from methslu
Asked on: 1/9 8:25PMIf you don't absorb a folk, do they regenerate to full life? 50% 75%?
The amount an enemy regenerates varies depending on the enemy.
A> If you keep taking an enemy to red and keep letting them regenerate they will eventually only have 1 hit left. How many times you can do this depends on the enemy and of course on the strength of the folk you are using to injure it.
B> Some enemies will regenerate more than others. "Small" enemies tend to be taken back to red in the next couple of hits after they have regenerated. "Medium" enemies tend to be taken back to red with a couple more hits than that. Larger or Mini-Boss enemies tend to regenerate more and may take even more hits to be brought back to red.
C> This is not a hard and fast rule because I have brought bosses down to red, failed to absorb them and then brought them back to red in one hit. It is quite likely that this is affected by using folks that get damage bonuses against the enemy. A folk with a damage bonus (like using fire against water) will do a lot more damage than a folk your selected enemy is resistant to. (Keep in mind that resistant means they still take damage but it takes a LOT more hits.... if they don' take any damage their ID doesn't shake at all when you hit them and thus they are IMMUNE to the damage type you've selected)
