how do I change the plasmids on my rolette?
Find a Gene Bank. There is at least one on every level. Look at your map and it will point you in the right direction if you have already passed one. If you have not found one yet then just keep searching around the level until you do.

statusYou need to get to a shop (vending machine) that lets you do it. I know it sucks, but hey - wait until you're able to buy the slots to keep them open.

You have to visit one of the machines that allows you to switch plasmids (called Gene Bank).
