Asked on: 11/1 9:25AMI have a magic weapon and i dont want to keep paying to recharge it. I have soul gems but i dont know how to fill them so i can recharge my own weapon. Can someone help plz???
Cast soul trap on a creature and kill them within the duration of the spell. You will trap their soul as long as you have an empty soul gem that is large enough. So if you cast soul trap on a minotaur lord, but just have a bunch of petty soul gems, you won't capture the soul. You'd need a grand soul gem.

statusJust to expand a little on that, if you do Azura's shrine quest, you can get Azura's Star, which is a grand sould gem that doesn't disappear after you use it, so you can always have space for a soul.
