Like "God Knows" or "Okkusenman" for example.
you cant. only if u have a Modded Xbox 360 (so it plays burned games ) a modded ps2 (Same reason) or modded wii (same reason) you can only do this with certain programs on the pc AND check youtube for some toutorials.
