I was just wonder how to do it or if it where even possible
When you get a pro license, you can choose from 3 rookies. From now on, at my team you can fire your current mate and hire a new one. You get different ones based on signing on fee, region and how much money he wants for every race. After you get the expert license, you can hire expert drivers, and global drivers when you get the global license.
