I'm confused about locating the Family since in Arefu they told me to look into three places only but with no luck. And What about Ian?? how do i get the letter to him??
You need to visit Seneca Station, there is a manhole in the room with a barrel of nuclear waste. Take that down to the families hide out, Alternatively you can talk to one of the ghouls about the family and they'll point you to the manhole.
