The only person I can think of who may be thought about this way would be Raphael. With his Critical Finish it appears that he bites the opponent on the neck while guiding them to the floor. He also makes a comment about them becoming 'one of his minions'. Another suggestion to him being a vampire is when you fight him in Story mode the stage intro is Creature of the Night. Nothing in his actual story states he is indeed a vampire, however.

statusno one is a vampire. Some do take souls though, so if you wanna look at it like a vampire in that fashion then yes. Though that would make one of the character a zombie pirate vampire. And that wouldn't make sense since vampires can only cross over water in their coffins
Amy and Raphael both have "Vampiric qualities" that they recived from getting infected by the Soul Edge. They don't catch on fire in the sun or anything, but they do "become lathargic" during the day (which doesn't actually affect thier gameplay on day time stages). Also, vampires do eat souls depending on which stories you hear.
