A Lurker is one of those small creatures that has 4 tentacles, let one near you and it will eventually grab you, at that point you have to escape from it

No where in particular, there just around in game, there quite common

The Lurkers are the contaminated babies with 3 tentacles coming off their back.

When one jumps on you, press the shown button repeatedly to shake them off. Your character then punts them like a football, hence the trophy name. There are plenty around, and the grab attack does little damage, so dodge their darts and stay in close until one jumps on you.

Basically let 10 Lurkers get close enough in game to try and grab you, then do the minigame to kill em. Anyone who's adept at spotting why this trophy/achievement is so called...
-Lurkers are babies (usually around six months or so) that became necromorphs.
-Kickin' It, refers to the grab attack escape. Which is an animation of Isaac succeeding in the minigame to escape, and then he kicks them dead. Therefore, you are kicking 'babies'.
-This is undoubtedly a nod to South Park, which pioneered the idea of 'baby-kicking'. =D

I had some trouble with this one too cause there's another enemy that kinda sounds like a lurker having 3 tentacles that can grab you but doesn't help with the trophy/achievement. The lurker you want is the baby faced alien that shoots acid in your face if you're far enough away and you can find it in multiple levels. I would also like to add that this is continual for a new game+ as I got it after only my second time grabbed on a second play through(new game+.)

FYI Lurkers are not babies...rofl
They are Decapitated heads that have been infected, assuming they are the same creatures from DS Downfall.
