The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles

Asked on: 1/2 4:07PMI have the Game of the Year edition for PS3 which includes Shivering Isles but I can't get the "open the door" quest, nor can I find the door itself anywhere in Niben bay! HELP! I've done the wait 24 hours thing, too.

statusYou have to go talk to the towns people to start or enter the shivering isles.I never had a problem like this befere cuz I also have the Game of the Year edition on ps3.Talk to the monk in the chapel he will help you.
I'm pretty sure that you have to wait for three days...
Activate the quest, the isle is just outside the city (cant recall the name of the city) There are 3 heads lined up, and one head has its mouth open. There is a guard outside and a Khajit, talk to the guard. He gives you the low down on the gate, and a man runs outside, some speech and such. The guard asks if your going in there, tell him you are, and wait until you head a booming voice talking about silly things. Once he begins to talk (the mouth stays open) Access the door. The door is only accessible while the voice is flapping its gums. Thats how you get in there.
