Answer

If you die during a mission on a game of offline co-op splitscreen mode, you must start again as the game does not auto save during this time.

Answer

at this point in time, no. a certain number of mission objectives must be completed before a mission report is recieved (e.g. in chicago it's 3). you cannot save during this time yet. your best bet is to wait for Bryan Intihar to finally release the patch he promised us gamers that will also allow co-op player 2 stats to be saved. it is possible this will be fixed then.

Answer

No. There's no way to keep your experience as second player short of leaving the game on at all times.

Answer

Yes. Use start I believe to let player 2 login. Then it may be saved. Note- I'm not 100% sure if you can play online this way. I know this works in Offline though.

If your capable of playing online but you choose to create a private game and play by yourself then you will keep the exp, but player 2 still wont be able to keep exp.
