"Dose the job nicely."

I often rate my games on value for money, which falls into the obvious catogories...e.g. time spent playing, general enjoyment & fun, did it frustrate me etc etc...I could almost make a math formula, almost.

Warhawk holds up pretty well on this basis. To be honest its the first game I played on the playstation network so I was actully kinda blown away by it. If your looking for a very very big game online thats hectic and pretty fast paced then you most likely will not be disappointed. In saying that its a bit rough around the edges but this is very easy to see past.

The general game play is what you would expect from a big online third person shooter. Running around quite frantically with what ever weapon is on hand trying to stop the enemy. When you get into your Warhawk the true experts comes out and that dose require a bit of skill but more practice then anything else. As you go through the game and your skill level goes up, so will your rank. There are many different ranks and its adds to the games lifespan trying to get just one better every time!

Its worth getting the mic, about 90% of the gamers on won't abuse you and it adds to the general fun of the game and makes you feel more apart of the team. However, sometimes its hard to hear and the quality of the sound is very poor. I think there still doing work on this though and trying to resolve it.

The best part about the game is its lifespan, there are very different game modes such as CTF and ZONES, so there is generally something for you every time you go on, depending on what mood your in. Another thing worth mentioning is that the developers seem to keep bringing out new updates for the players so we won't get bored.

Another plus about the game is it seems to be pretty much lag free, thats a very very good point taking into account that you can have up 32 players all running around the one map at the same time. So far for me its still been the most trouble free game I have had for the playstation3. The only issue would be with the sound, which I have mentioned above.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone who has a PSN account, its good fun and you don't get bored easy, thumbs up!
