"Overlooked and underscored"

Alot of reviews about this game seem to be quite low but that is probably becuase they havn't played it enough or not playing it right, this is just a quick review but im going to go through the key things that make this game worth the time

Gameplay:
Yes lets start with the core of what makes this game great. Obviously it is using the same game mechanics of MGS4 which alot of people love and adore but it uses it in a different style and this style is tactical team strategy. Going rambo on everyone will get you nowhere in this game which is something alot of people forget. SOP (sons of the patriots) up to your teammates and everything can go a whole lot easier because it allows you to see where you teammates are and bring a whole new approach to the enemy e.g. let your team mates do a frontal attack while you and a buddy flank around the side or snipe them out when the other team is too busy fighting the frontal attack.

Graphics:
Obviously MGS4 graphics here but the only problem with the maps are the little variation in colour e.g Ambush Alley, Coppertown conflict and midtown maelstrom. Other than that attention to detail has really paid off here with gorgeous graphics

Modes
Every mode in this game requires you to take a different approach toward both your teamates and your enemy. Some modes are obviously generic like deathmatch and team deathmatch but always fun to play, where as some like team sneaking are fun but different which changes the way you play. The modes in this game are carefully planned out for each map so that you won't get any cheap players constantly winning.

Skills:
Depending on what skills you have equipped can change your style of play for example some may want to quickly dash around the whole map finding the enemy where as some may want to capture the enemy, scan them and then find the locations of the enemy players and flank them. The skills can definitely vary your style of play so it is best to mix it up and find what is best for you

Overall:
In my own opinion this is the best online game on ps3 at the moment because it is alot different to what your see all the time which is mainly first person shooters, that either win or fail. For everyone who owns MGS4 this is definitely worth checking out so give it a couple of hours, try out each mode, vary your skills and this will defininetly leave your wanting more
