"Warning: You are entering Dead Space."

Introduction: Hello and Welcome to a quick review about the disturbingly gruesome deep-space adventure that will haunt your dreams and leave you begging for more. If you can survive.

Graphics 10/10

Dead Space has some very detailed graphics that leave a twinkle in your eye. Everything is just right as the monsters rush you or explosions blowing you of your feet and the heart of your environment space. It all looks so good, especially if you are packing a nice high definition television.

Sound 10/10

What was that noise? Oh, it was just monsters screaming at the top of their lungs from half way across the screen or while in hiding in the vents of Ishimura. Everything is nice and loud as if you are watching a movie in a theater. As being dragged half way across the room bye monsters while the character you play is struggling and screaming to break free or even being taunted from every step you take or when you think you heard something. well trust me, you did.

Gameplay 10/10

The game play in Dead Space is what's going to grab you the most and keep you in you room five inches away from your television. The feel and controls are extremely well and the dark and scary surroundings and pop ups of monsters will keep that blood in your veins rushing. This game is very scary. From every corner you slowly peek around and every moment you get quarantined into a room filled with all types of monsters that want to pretty much kill you were you stand.

There are good difficulties to choose from when you start your first game from the basics as easy, medium, hard and even impossible mode that will be unlocked once you beat the game at least once. honestly, this game is very challenging just on medium. The ammo is scarce and running low, while it is the only thing that can keep you alive and hopefully survive this epic thriller.

The shooting aspects of this game are indeed different from any other games that have shooting game play. On a side note there are just about seven types of guns that are all very effective and fully upgradable threw out the game and While in a third person view the only way to kill your enemy for sure would be to dismember them, cutting of each or most of their limbs slowing them down and killing them.

Story 8/10

There is a full communications black out aboard the Ishimura. A deep space mining vessel that is well known for the most planet cracks in history. You and your team are sent to repair anything that is wrong with the ship. Once you arrive you quickly find out that there is something mysterious going on as you see your first look inside the vessel to see nobody around and soon get attacked bye intense and freakishly scary monsters. I will leave it to you to find out the rest.

Replay Value 10/10

There are tons of things you can do as playing the game over on impossible mode if you dare or obtaining tons of down loadable content from the play station store. But the downside is that it does cost some bucks and if you love obtaining trophy's than there is tons to try and unlock that are actually pretty difficult.
