Introduction

The Legend of Dragoon is one of my favourite games ever. It has AWESOME
music and storyline, and the battle-system is very good! The only bad thing is
that the game is only a bit harder than Final Fantasy VII and that was super
easy (But in my opinion, a better story/game!), but oh well, check out the
ratings of this super game!

Commander
HP: 12
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (1)
Recommended Level: 1

Wow. This is a really easy battle. The commander will probably hit you with a
slash attack that inflicts about 3 damage. That is nothing to your 30 HP bar!
His two little henchmen dudes have about 2 HP each so you will want to get rid
of those or else they will hit you for about 1 damage! Seems low, but it will
start to add up! You will probably be using the Double-Slash addition. This
will hit for around 2-3 damage. (Depending on if it hits critcal!). Just use
the Double-Slash and you should definatley come out victorious!
******************************************************************************
Fruegel
HP: 88
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (6) Lavitz (5) Shana (5)
Recommended Level: 3-5

Warden x2
HP: 10
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (6) Lavitz (5) Shana (5)
Recommended Level: 3-5

Senior Warden x2
HP: 25
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (6) Lavitz (5) Shana (5)
Recommended Level: 3-5

This will be much harder than your first boss fight, but a party of level 4's
is good enough to take down this huge guy and his minions. Make sure that
when you are battling him, you have full HP and have many healing potions
because he seems to like to attack Shana and his attacks can inflict 20
damage on her! If he throws a rock at Shana, I have seen it deal up to 30
damage when I was level 4! The two wardens will be attacking you for about
3-5 damage. WHen the senior wqardens come out, the will be inflicting about
7-8 damage. So you will be taking a lot of damage. Also, when you beat the
senior wardens, they use a final blow which inflicts about 17 on Shana, and 13
on Dart and Lavitz. So, use your physical attacks to take out the wardens and
the senior wardens, and use physical attacks and Burn Out to take out Fruegel.
If you can get Burn Out to it's third stage, you can inflict over 17 damage in
one blow. This battle should not take long, and you may never have to heal!
(Like me)
******************************************************************************
Urobolus
HP: 285
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (9) Lavitz (8) Shana (8)
Recommended Level: 7+

Okay. This is definatley easier than your last boss, and again your party will
be enough to take down this snake! He has two forms that share the same HP. He
has a melee range which is up close, and a guarding range which is far away.
When he is in the melee range, he likes to bite your characters inflicting
around 18 damage and sometimes poison. When he is far away he likes to spit
poison at you. This hurts everyone with poison (Can't remember is it hurts you
so if you know, send the answer to me! Check finish for more details) so you
want to get out of poison ASAP. When you are battling the melee mode, physical
attacks are the way to go. When he is far away, use Spark Net (Not Burn Out)
on the snake. Spark Net makes his attack power decrease by 1 but it only works
for 3 spark nets, so after three, use Burn Out. When he is far away, Shana is
the only one that can hit him with physical attacks. But still, you should be
able to defeat him.
******************************************************************************
The Sandora Elite will appear on the next update. He is only a sub-boss so I
am not adding him yet!
******************************************************************************
Kongol
HP: 320
Difficulty: Medium-Hard
My Party: Dart (13) Lavitz (12) Shana (12)
Recommended Level: 10+

This is hard since Kongol has a lot of HP and a very strong attack power.
Guarding is very important in this fight, because you will never survive with-
out it! He also has a VERY high defence so your attacks will be pretty weak!
Whenever Kongol throws his axe away, be afraid, be very afraid, since he is
now punching and this causes more damage than his axe. He also counter attacks
SOMEtimes! Not always, but enough to give you a run for your money! But, you
can take him out with a couple of Burn-Outs! I used a turbo-controller cheat
and it dealt 130 damage! But, with out the turbo controller, I can only get
it to the third power, so it only deals about 80 damage. And, you get a BIG
reward at the end of the battle. And I am not talking about a power wrist! I
am talking about a Red Dragoon Stone!!!
******************************************************************************
Virage Head
HP: 370
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (16) Lavitz (15) Rose (14)
Recommended Level: 12-14

Virage Arm
HP: 55
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (16) Lavitz (15) Rose (14)
Recommended Level: 12-14

Virage Body
HP: 280
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (16) Lavitz (15) Rose (14)
Recommended Level: 12-14

This is a lot of HP compared to your last boss battle with Kongol, but it is
still not too hard. There are two ways you can go with this battle. The quick
and dirty way, or the slow and painful way. I like to go the painful way as it
REALLY gets you ready for the challenges that this game will bring! Anyways.
To take it out quickly, take out the head. But then you do have to deal with
the other parts of him that will hurt you. But, taking out the head will be
very easy as you can deal over 75 damage with Lavitz's lance weapon. But,
I like to take out the battles as long as possible so first, I destroyed the
arm. It was simple. One hit from Lavitz killed it!!! The body is pretty easy
take down, and the head may be the hardest thing you have taken down in the
whole game so far. The head has a laser beam attack that inflicts about 45-70
damage so be careful with this attack. The arm only hits for about 20 damage
so there is nothing to fear there! I don't think that the body attacks, (and
if it does, I have never seen it!) so you are pretty safe in this battle. But
once you destroy an arm, it will make more. So you will have to keep taking
out those if you are taking the long but cooler way to defeat him. This will
help with the upgrading of your additions though!!!
******************************************************************************
Flame Bird
HP: 660
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (18) Lavitz (16) Rose (16)
Recommended Level: 13+

Flame Ball
HP: 45
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (18) Lavitz (16) Rose (16)
Recommended Level: 13+

This is a very easy boss battle, seeing as you are somewhat close to
finishing disc 1. Its attack are all weak. It's peck type attack hits for
15-20 damage, and this other attack that hits the whole party for about 35
damage. If there are any other attacks, email me (check Finish section for
more details) because I was laughing through this whole battle, and laughing
makes my eyes water (I have some sort of disease ((NOT DEADLY)) that makes me
water in the eyse when I laugh) so I wasn't looking. Now, you can attack using
additions. OR...you can use Spear Frost. I like to attack because I got a lot
of EXP for my additions (by now, I had about 4 level 5 additions) but Spear
Frost is an easier approach for people who are weak. (Weak meaning about level
11-13) If you get Spear Frost to it's third power, it can easily take away 150
damage. You do the math. Only 4-5 and this guy is gone. But sometimes he will
go into the magma behind him and bring out 4 little Flame Balls. These can be
easily taken out with an addition so make waste of them, and finish the battle
ASAP!
******************************************************************************
Feyrbrand
HP: 350
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (21) Lavitz (18) Rose (18)
Recommended Level: 15-17

Greham
HP: 475
Difficulty: Easy/Hard
My Party: Dart (21) Lavitz (18) Rose (18)

This battle
may seem a bit rough, but you should be able to take both of them down.
Greham will be the least of your concerns for 2 people, as he ONLY attacks
Lavitz if he is alive. Keep Lavitz alive as you want Rose and Dart for the
rest of the battle, so yah. Greham has some painful attacks in store for
Lavitz though. His main attack for me seemed to be when he put Lavitz on the
crest wall and then shot stuff at him. This didn't hurt me much. Only about 40
damage.I forget his other attack(s) (email me if you know them). Feyrbrand on
the other hand can be quite a pain in the butt. He likes to cast MANY status
effects on people and that is VERY annoying in this major boss battle. Use the
correct purrifier immediatly. You do not want ANY of your characters to die. I
used Rose and her dragoon form to EASILY take these mammajammas down. Astral
Drain seems to work nicely. Other than that, be carefuol of the attacks, and
you SHOULD win! Might take awhile (my firend took 45 minutes just to win!),
but you should win.

Drake

Bombs
HP: 75
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (23) Lavitz (19) Rose (19)
Recommended Level: 17

Wires
HP: 200
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (23) Lavitz (19) Rose (19)
Recommended Level: 17

I found this boss really easy, but a lor of my friends died a few times on
this battle. His attack is just throiwning darts at you. This can inflict up
to 70 damage on one character. He has two other attacks that are quite deadly
but you can easily counter them. The first one is bursting bombs. He will put
a bomb in front of each character, but he puts it far away. Each standby phase
for him, the bombs move one roll closer. After 3 rolls, they blow up on one
character. This will inflict over 100 points of damage. This is easily
counterd though. If you want to get hit because you have lots and lots of HP,
go ahead. But if you attack them, you can destroy them by inflicting 75 damage
and then they will blow up. His other attack, doesn't hurt you, but holds you
back. It is a wire. It has 200 HP and can be attacked. YOU MUST TAKE IT OUT
before you can attack Drake again! It seems to take a while to take out a wire,
but you have to or else you cannot attack Drake. Now. He does have a lot of HP
and some people may be afraid of this high HP user. And I was too. Especially
because he heals about 400 HP once or twice! That adds up to nearly 2000 HP!
But Drake has low defence so physical attack work well. Dart should be using
one of his strongest additions, and the other characters using any addition.
Use Rose's Dragoon magical attacks, as they seem to work well here. (Use
Lavitz's Dragoon form if you want but do not use magical. They are not good
against Drake!). Keep your HP above 200 and you should be fine. That is all I
have to say about Drake, the Bandit.

Jiango
HP: 1250
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (24) Lavitz (20) Rose (21)
Recommended Level: 17+

This battle is so easy. Even though this guy has some strong attakcs, he can
be put to sleep using the item. (I forget the items name, email me with answer
please) He is also extremly slow! I got like 8 attacks in before he attacks
once. But he has a few strong attacks. He likes to jump and and down and make
rocks fall on the party. This inflicts about 90 damage to the party. So beware
of that. He also likes to confuse people. That is bad because they will hurt
each other!!! Get rid of that immediatley. Nothing else left to say. Just
attack, and use dragoons if you have to!

Recommended Level 17+

Rodriguez
HP: 422
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (24) Lavitz (20) Rose (21)
Recommended Level 17+

Take out Guftas first. He can cause congusion on your party. He shouldn't take
take that many attacks to defeat. Then take out Rodriguez. His attacks are
fast and annoying. He likes to swoop down and pick up a party member, and drop
them from a high hight and that inflicts about 40 damage. He also throws
needles at the party. That hits for about 20 to everyone. He is fast though.
Then Fruegel. He may have strong attacks, but he is slow, and Lavitz's attacks
deal double damage to him! It's that easy. He has the same attacks from when
you fought him a REALLY long time ago. You do not need this, but good luck.
******************************************************************************
Kongol
HP: 1000
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (25) Albert (21) Rose (22)
Recommended Level: 18+

You will need to make good attacks to take this guy out. He counters and has
high physical attack power. He has the exact same attacks as when you fought
him in Hoax, but they are stronger. Nothing else to say. He isn't too hard,
but you might see one or two of your characters dead after the battle!
******************************************************************************
Doel
HP: 600
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (25) Albert (21) Rose (22)
Recommended Level: +18 (over 18)

I am not going to say much as this is easy. He has weak attacks, i mean like
50 damage! He has two swords and that is cool. And use additions. NOT
DRAGOONS!!! After the 600 HP, he will change into your final boss of Disc 1!!!
******************************************************************************
Dragoon Doel
HP: 1800
Difficulty: Medium/Hard
My Party: Dart (25) Albert (21) Rose (22)
Recommended Level +18

He has got alot of HP in this form, and a stronger physical/defencive stats.
He casts a barrier when you get him down to 700 HP. This block every single
attack. You can either use additions, or guard. I guarded so I got back some
HP that I has lost. After w hile, he brings it down. Then, go all out on him.
Everything you have learned needs to go into this battle. It takes a long
time because his magic is long, and the barrier stays up for about 10 minutes
sometimes! But, nothing too hard here. You might see the game over screen, but
you probably won't.

This guy has SO much HP that it is not funny. Now, again killing the head
first gives you an instant victory, but that it WAY harder to do than killing
off the parts. You HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE LEFT ARM!!! The left arm is the arm on
the right side of the screen. You have to do this because it has an attack
that kills a party member in 1 hit! And you want all your characters! The
right arm uses magic but they are pretty weak. The body is just a stock-up of
HP, and the head, ohohohoho! Dont get me started on the head. It uses the big
laser beem attack again, but this time, it can get serious! Take out the whole
Virage ASAP or you will be doomed for enternity! I give you a BIG GOOD LUCK!
And you may need it. Lots of players get stuck on this boss for quite a while!
ITS TRUE!

Gehrich
HP: 2200
Difficulty: Hard
My Party: Dart (28) Albert (27) Rose (26)
Recommended Level: +21

This is one heck of a battle! Remember Mappi, right. He is your main enemy
here, seeing as he can kill any party member in just one hit! That is NOT good
in a battle where you have two enemies and a lot of HP damage to deliver!
Anyways. You will want to be using the best additions that you can perform,
and hope that they are strong enough to kill off Mappi quickly. Gehrich has a
few strong attacks, but he is not TOO much of a threat to you. They have a DUO
attack which they use on you. This is enough to kill someone in a blow, if
they do not have full HP. Use multi-hit items to make short work of Mappi, and
then use all you got to get rid of Gehrich. And after this, you will get a
VERY strong character added to your party!

Lenus
HP: 3400
Difficulty: Easy/Medium
My Party: Dart (29) Albert (27) Rose (26)
Recommended Level: +22

I don't know why, but people find this battle hard! I had VERY strong
characters at this point, but in my first run through, I was only like level
19 and I still creamed her. She has strong attacks, and she attacks alot, but
I mean, I just used Dragoons to lower the damage, and she has pretty low
defence. She is VERY fast but using some good additions or dragoon magics, you
can easily take her down! Nothing lefvt to say. She has no apparent weakness,
and she is quite easy!
******************************************************************************
Ghost Commander

Ghost Knight x ???
HP: 276
Difficulty: Impossible for 1/2 battle
My Party: Dart (30) Albert (27) Rose (26)
Recommended Level: 24+

I know what you are thinking. This will be hard because the Knights will be
impossible for half of the battle. They are actually very easy to take down,
but then after they are defeated, they get regenerated because the Commander
seems to have speacial powers. So you want to focus all of your attacks on the
Commander, and then when he is gone, attack the Knights and they will never
regenerate!!! As you can see, the HP levels are pretty low for a boss this
late in the game. But it can get annoying trying to heal your guys, because
there are always 4-5 enemies on the battle field at once (one Commander and
3-4 Knights) and the Commander has an attack that inflicts EXACTLY half of
your maximum HP plus all the attacks from the little Knights can start to add
up! I advise that you have LOTS of healing potions, or else you will be in
for the hardest boss of your life (and these guys are pretty darn fast!)
Dragoons do come in handy during this battle as they lower the damage totals,
plus they can EASILY take out the Commander. That is all. (After the battle,
you get TONS of EXP! 6000 to be exact!) Now for the HARDEST boss so far, and
the final boss of disc 2!!!

Regole
HP: 3100
Difficulty: Hard
My Party: Dart (32) Albert (29) Rose (29)
Recommended Level: +26

I have found this to be quite a tough battle seeing as you have to inflict a
huge amount of damage, plus the Regole is very strong. Lenus is not as fast
plus her attacks are only a bit stronger so she will be easier to take out.
She still has her "signature" move, but she never uses it more than twice in a
row! (e-mail me if she ever has attacked three times in a row) You should take
her out first as she can get annoying! The dragon is a diffeerent story. It
can easily kill a character if they have less than half their maximum HP, and
it is pretty fast so it can attack quite frequently. Having Dart turn into a
dragoon is a GOOD thing to do since the dragon is water type. It has strong
physical and magical stats, but the defence stat is regular so you will deal
normal damage with non-fire attacks, and double with fire based attacks. There
is nothing left to say, except good luck!

This boss has lots of HP, and this will become a problem...or does it!? There
are two ways of going through this battle. And neither of them need much
explaining. You can either hack away at the Body or the Head's HP (these will
both kill it) or you can just guard about 30 times while using healing potions
when your HP is low. The guarding thing is because he is only alive for 10
countdowns. At 0 he using a finshing blow, I think, and then you win. THe
attacking is hard because he has a very high amount of HP and some people
cannot deal that much damage in only 30 turns (though you probobly should be
able!!!). This bosses attacks are fairly weak unless you are below half HP.
Then they can become deadly. No real difficulty!

himself by 1300, so that is 4500 + 1300. He can heal himself by 1300 many
times, so it is unkown si it is 1300 x ???. Confusing!? Anywho,(yes, anywho)
YOU CANNOT USE DRAGOONS as he can destroy all of their powers for the battle.
That is important becuase you want to keep your characters attacking, not just
standing there like a buffoon! This guy can also lower your level for the
fight! This lowers your HP and other stats. This guy uses strong magical
attacks. So you have to beware. He will have a lt of HP, but your characters
should be able to take this dog down without to muc trouble!

Divine Dragon

Recommended Level: +31

Divine Ball
HP: 2500
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (39) Albert (38) Kongol (36)
Recommended Level: +31

This battle can get rather though if you drag it out too long. If you are
spending most of your time healing, you are not doing too good! The Divine
Ball and the Divine Cannon are the two targets you will be wanting to take out
the most as they are the targets who inflict the most damage. They will not
take very long at all to take down, but when you get to the Dragon part, you
will be hacking away for a small period of time, because his defence is higher
than Kongols!!! Anyways. This is a fairly easy battle if you plan
strategetically but can get hard if you drag it out.

Heart
HP: 3 (yes! 3!)
Difficulty: What do you think! EASY!
My Party: Dart (42) Albert (40) Kongol (39)
Recommended Level: +33

This is a VERY easy battle if you are higher in levels and have quite a bit
of HP, but if you are under level 30, this is going to be very hard! As you
can see, Wendigo has a high amount of HP so it will take a while to chop down
his HP...unless you know the VERY easy way to destroy him! I don't like using
the quick way, as you don't get anywhere near prepared for the next boss
battle (which is the final boss of disc 3!) Anyways. You MUST use Burn Out or
Dart's dragoon form. These both will deal double damage so you will easily
deplete his HP. Now. He likes to suck up one of your characters and hold them
hostage. When he takes them away, he will summon two snow cannons. Get rid of
both snow cannons and the character will be released. He likes to do this ALOT
so be prepared. Also, when he sucks up the characters, and you attack Wendigo,
you will just be hurting the character he sucked up, so DO NOT ATTACK Wendigo
when he has a character. The Snow Cannons have VERY wak attacks. Now.
Every so often, you will see the Wendigo's Hearts appear. As you can see, it
only has 3 HP. When it's heart shows, attack it. It will only deal 1 damage.
It will normally then go away, but sometimes it stays for a second round.
Attack it 3 times and the Wendigo will fall over and be destroyed. The Wendigo
also has a punch type attack which hits for a moderate amount of damage. Good
Luck!

Lloyd
HP: 6000
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (44) Albert (42) Kongol (42)
Recommended Level: 34-37

Not too hard, but can give you a run for your money if you are in your 32's or
33's, so make sure you are levelled up and have full health. This dude has a
VERY low amount of HP for the third disc final boss, so you will easily beat
him. The only reason he is a medium is because he has STRONG attacks, and it
EXTRODINARILLY quick! He attacked me like 4 times in a row once (though I was
only like level 30 so I was weak) and he is like Lenus, having a "signature"
move which is weak but fast. He also has a DOME attack. This traps all of your
party members in a dome, then the dome smashes and hurts all of your strong
characters for some GIANT damage! That is basically it for his attacks. DO NOT
USE DRAGOONS! He can kill them in one hit and the magic dragoons use is not
very good because Lloyd is void so all magic is halved on him. You will need
little luck to win!

Recommended Level: 40+

Clone
HP: 1500
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (48) Albert (45) Kongol (46)
Recommended Level: 40+

This is a pretty easy boss if you have the right levels, but other than that,
he can be pretty hard. Kraken loves to spray stuff at a single character which
hurts them quite considerably. And he also attack physically, and that can be
damaging. He also likes to summon two little faeries (Clones) which are very
strong in magics. But they are asy to take out. There is nothing much else to
say because this is a pretty easy battle.

Vector
HP: 5000

Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (50) Albert (46) Kongol (48)
Recommended Level: 42-44

Kubilla
HP: 4000
Difficulty: Medium/Hard
My Party: Dart (50) Albert (46) Kongol (48)
Recommended Level: 42-44

Take out Kubilla first because he likes to summon little creatures and that
can get very annoying. He likes to also attack you with medium attacks and
put status effects on your characters. He uses VERY weak magic attacks and
is very easy to take out. When you give the finishing blow, he automatically
kills the person who killed him. So revive them ASAP. Next, put all of your
attacks on Vector. Vector can grow VERY big if Slebus kisses him, and he then
stomps on you, which causes great damage. He has EXTRODINARY physical attacks,
but weak magical attacks in this form and in his small form. In his small form
he is a weakling using shears to attack with. Next go all out on Slebus. She
is pretty weak in attacks, but the only bad thing is she has medium/low HP and
can heal herself LOTS of times! This is a pretty easy battle if you follow my
guide!
******************************************************************************
Lavitz!!!(YES! LAVITZ!!!)
HP: 5000
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (54) Albert (51) Kongol (52)
Recommended Level: 45+

Wow! We get to attack Lavitz! But why? He is possesed! But by what? When he is
facing you during battle, guard and you will be asked to answer a question.
Choose "Talk to him" and he will turn around. This is where you can tell that
he is possessed. Look at his back. What is that thing on it. This is what you
are REALLY going to be attacking. You DO NOT want to attack Lavitz when he is
facing you. You only attack him when he is facing the other way after choosing
"Talk to him" This sounds easy, but the thing that is on his back likes to
confuse your party members. Use the right purifier to cure this and then
attack again. There is no damage that you will take...but when you defeat the
black thing you get ANOTHER boss fight!

Zackwell
HP: 8000
Difficulty: Hard
My Party: Dart (54) Albert (51) Kongol (52)
Recommended Level: 45+

This is a hard battle. Unlike most bosses where they have either strong
physical and weak magic attacks or vice versa, Zackwell has VERY strong
physical attacks and VERY strong magical attacks. This will become annoying
in this battle. And, to make things EVEN worse, he summons a skeleton to
attack you. This is only for one turn, and you cannot attack it, but it can
easily kill any level 45-47 party member if they are not properly equipped
with HIGH defensive armour. There is a way that you can take away lots of HP,
but it can be VERY risky seeing as Miranda will most probably be your least
favourite character. But use her dragoon form, and then use her light attacks
to deplete Zackwell's HP. After the battle, watch the exciting ending of
Lavitz's Scenario. Don't worry. It's not the end of the game yet! We have
LOTS of bosses to go!
******************************************************************************
Caterpillar
HP: 7000
Difficulty: Easy/Medium
My Party: Dart (56) Albert (53) Kongol (54)
Recommended Level: 46-48

This is a fairly easy battle. The catterpillar is somewhat fast but uses
some of the WORST attacks that any disc four boss will use. He can also use
poison on your characters, and he sometimes will stun them. Just use additions
and not dragoons or items or magic (definatley not magic because he is void
and all magic is halved. After you defeat him, another boss comes! Or more
like, Catterpillar becomes another boss!

Pupa
HP: 3000
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (56) Albert (53) Kongol (54)
Recommended Level: 46-48

Geez. If you get stuck here, well...you cannot. Seeing as he NEVER attacks you
once! I SWEAR! I left the game running for over 24 hours to see if he ever
attacks and he doesn't! But the only bad thing is, he has a high defense so it
can take a while to get all of his HP gone. But you will of course win, and
now, you get to face the final boss that happens in this battle! Again. Not
the end of the game!

Imago
HP: 11,000
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (56) Albert (53) Kongol (54)
Recommended Level: 46-48

This is the hardest of the three bosses but it is still pretty easy. As you
can see, it has lots of HP, and it will have stronger attacks than the cater-
pillar. He has the same defnce and is much faster. None of the bosses attacks
are deadly though. He can shoot a beam at one party member and deal a small
amount of damage. He can also shoot purple liquid at characters and make
them lose thier souls. But nothing too hard here. You should win if you are
over level 45.
******************************************************************************
Death Rose
HP: 3000
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Miranda (51)
Recommended Level: Whatever level Miranda is but over 40

This is probobly the easiesy battle in disc four that is a boss. You are only
Miranda in this fight so it may seem a bit tough if you never use her, but you
should win. All the plant does it attack you with weak attacks and show you
picyures of Miranda's parents. This will also help you learn more about
Miranda's history and why she slaps people alot! But no trouble should occur
here!
******************************************************************************
Clare
HP: 3000
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Haschel (52)
Recommended Level: Whatever level Haschel is but over 42

This will be harder than Death Rose because Clare has an attack that will
automatically deplete Haschels HP down to one. You want to use something to
get your HP back or else she will finish you off. There will be a big
conversation in the battle where you learn that she is possessed and then you
learn more about Haschel and Clare in the past. When you are asked a question,
choos Mind's Eye, awake! And be careful of her attacks. She may kill you if
you are careless!
******************************************************************************
Indora
HP: 3000
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Kongol (56)
Recommended Level: Whatever level Kongol is but over 40

This is MUCH easier than Clare. You will know that Kongol has VERY strong
attacks, especially when he uses additions. Use those. Indora only has 3000
HP which makes this an easy boss. The only hard thing about this boss is that
he has a high defence and physical rate AND he counters Kongols additions if
they are not successfully performed. So if you get 2 out of 3 for Inferno or
whatever addition you are using, he will counter with a very strong counter.
After the battle you get Kongol's dragoon stone if you didn't get it in disc
two!
******************************************************************************
Michael
HP: ????
Difficulty: Impossible
My Party: Dart (57) Rose (54)
Recommended Level: Whatever level they are but over 45

This is an impossible battle! All of you attacks deal zero. Guard many, many
times until rose asks a question. Answer with "Tell Dart the Blind Spot. Now,
you will get a new target!

Michael Core
HP: 2000
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Dart (57) Rose (54)
Recommended Level: Whatever level they are but over 45

This will be very easy. It has very low HP. You will be able to defeat it in
a couple of attcacks that is it. After the core is defeated, you win the
battle.
******************************************************************************

Recommended Level: Whatever level Abert is but over 40

Shadow Sword
HP: 1000
Difficulty: Easy
My Party: Albert (55)
Recommended Level: Whatever level Abert is but over 40

This is easy. All you have to do is take out the two swords and then you are
able to attack Doel. You will easily win this battle by using multi-hit items
so you can attack both blades at once! Again, you get a big conversation and
you learn more about Albert and Doel. EASY!
******************************************************************************
Archangel
HP: 2500
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Meru (52)
Recommended Level: Whatever level Meru is but over 43

This is pretty easy. It is basically identical to the battle with Haschel
because she has an attack that can reduce Meru's HP to only 1. But this boss
has 500 HP less. You should be able to win this battle without a big
explination. Well. On to the final bosses of the whole game!

Recommended Level: Around 50

Super Virage Arm
HP: 5000
Difficulty: Hard
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (59) Kongol (60)
Recommended Level: Around 50

This is by far the hardest Virage fight EVER. But there is no startegy at all!
You must be very good at this game, be using the best additions your three
characters can use, and be able to perform them. I advise just attacking the
body because first it is the only thing that kills it without hurting you, and
since it has the most HP, it is the obvious choice to destroy. Do not try to
beat everything because it is NOT worth it for this battle. If you beat the
head, it will die, but it will inflict a finishing move that is nearly sure to
wipe out your party, so you get a game over. So yes. Destroy the body and on
to the final two bosses!

Zieg
HP: 13,500
Difficulty: Medium-Hard
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (60) Kongol (60)
Recommended Level +51

I expected to fight Zeig, but I expected him to be harder than this! The only
real hard thing about this boss is the fact that Dart does not have his
dragoon stone so you cannot use it! But is that a problem? NO!!! This boss
is VERY fast an attacks 2-3 times in a row, but I was dealing over 1000
damage per turn so only 13 turn and he was a goner. Wow! Hard! NOT! Oh yeah!
Expect to see him copy all of Dart's dragoon magic!

Tentacle x4
HP: 2000
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (60) Kongol (60)
Recommended Level: As high as you can possibly get! (Maximum of 60)

Okay. This boss is very annoying as they are all very fast. I advise that you
get rid of the tentacles first because they are very fast and can inflict a
moderate amount of damage. They will not take long to get rid of. Now. Melbu
Framha will very strong and hard to defeat. He will use a very strong attack
where he summons three Virages that all blast you and cause an amazing amount
of damage! You will definatley heal after that attack or you will be a goner
for sure. When you get him down to about 6000 HP, he will begin to counter
all of your attacks. And these counters get rid of the damage you would have
inflicted on him, and reverse it back to you. He is guarding and you can tell
when he is doing this. Guard during this phase and then go all out with
additions. DO NOT use dragoons in this form. YES! Thats right! THIS FORM! When
you win, the background changes and your next final boss fight comes! Get
ready!

Melbu Framha
HP: 11,000
Difficulty: Hard
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (60) Kongol (60)
Recommended Level: As high as you can possibly get! (Maximum of 60)

This will be even harder than the first form. Even though he has less HP, he
has a higher defensive rating plus he is much more powerful. He also sucks up
your characters (Wendigo all over again) but doesn't summon things you have to
defeat to get them back. But they are not gone for good. He will shoot them
back with a big gust of wind which hurts everyone for big damage. He also
uses physical attacks and magical attacks to bring your HP down. Again, do not
use your dragoons. He is very strong against them. You should be able to take
this guy down. Again, the background will change and you must fight, another
form!

Melbu Framha
HP: 10,000
Difficulty: Hard
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (60) Kongol (60)
Recommended Level: As high as you can possibly get! (Maximum of 60)

Bomb Star x???
HP: 3000
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (60) Kongol (60)
Recommended Level: As high as you can possibly get! (Maximum of 60)

Okay. This will be your hardest fight so far! Probably the hardest so far in
the game! You will be wanting to use strong additions to take this guy down,
and when he summons his Bomb Stars, get rid of them before they blow up and
inflcit MAJOR damage on all of your characters. This can really start to get
hard. He can change the time of day too and this determines the type of attack
he will use. In the night, he uses ice type attacks, and in the day, he uses
fire type attacks. This will be hard and now, you are ready to fight THE FINAL
FORM!!!

Melbu Framha
HP: 15,000
Difficulty: EXTRODINARILLY HARD (50/10)
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (60) Kongol (60)
Recommended Level: As high as you can possibly get! (Maximum of 60)

Monster
HP: 2599
Difficulty: Hard
My Party: Dart (60) Albert (60) Kongol (60)

Ready? You must be. Cause he is hard. All of his attacks will be some of the
most powerful attacks you have seen in the game. And if you lose here, you
have to beat every boss starting with Zieg ALL over again! So here, use your
dragoons and pummel him with your best attacks. DO NOT use your dragoon magic
because again, they wanted to make this game annoying so your dragoon magic,
which is normally some of the best attacks, are pretty useless. BUT! You can
inflict some major damage if you use Dart's Divine Dragoon magic, because that
magic is non-elemental so it deals TONS of damage. This form likes to summon
little monsters. They are quite easy to defeat, but they can hit you with a
TON of damage. (I was doing a low level challenge, and I was about level 21,
and I got hit with 9999 damage! Take them out ASAP and all of Melbu Framha's
hits will be very deadly. Hurry and beat him. Congrats!
******************************************************************************
Congrats! You have just beaten a very fun, cool, and hard game. Look at these
couple of challenges I dare you to try! (I have completed all of them!)

Regular Challenge

Completed by me 38 times

Low Level Challenge
Difficulty: 7/10
Description: Not the hardest challenge I have completed but can get tricky
when you are on disc four. There is a minimum level of about 20. You can
fight in a maximum of 5 random battles in each disc and that is it.
Completed by me 18 times.

Ultimate Time Challenge
Difficulty: 8/10
Description: You only have 24 hours to complete all four discs. This can get
pretty annoying because you will run from lots of battles, have to skip
through all conversations, and get through FMV's quickly. I advise not doing
this on your first run through the game!
Completed by me 5 times.

Ultimate Level Challenge
Difficulty: 10/10
Description: This is not hard at all, but it will consume a large potion of
your life. This is a hard challenge because you have to be level 60 by the
end of the first disc! This is pretty hard! It takes forever!
Completed by me 2 times.

The Ultimate Challenge
Difficulty: 10/10
Description: This is a hard challenge because...it is the ultimate challenge!!
You have to complete the game in 36 hours or less, get every single weapon and
armour,be level 60 for all characters, never use dragoons and never change
armour or weapons! It is very hard!
Completed by me 127 times!!!

Those are some challenges. E-mail me if you can complete them or send me more

Polter Helm
HP: 2500
Difficulty: Medium
My Party: Dart (47) Albert (44) Kongol (45)
Recommended Level: +38

This can be a tricky fight. This is the order you want to get rid of the
bosses. Helm, Sword, Armour. So. The helmet is the most annoying part of this
battle. Luckily, it has the lowest HP. It's attack blocks out your attacking
and other good commands. This leaves you helpless for a few rounds. Luckily it
does wear off, and the HP level is low. Now. The sword attacks you with strong
physical attacks, and that becomes a problem. Before you kill this guy, make
sure that at least two characters are still alive, because when you get rid of
it, it counters with a final attack. This automatically kills the characters
who killed it. So be careful. The armour uses very strong magic. The magic can
be dangerous and the armour has lots of HP plus a bonus! A high defence. Use
dragoon forms to take him out and then you have beaten this boss.

Suveil
HP: 13,000

This is pretty easy. The only bad thing is that he is very fast. He is like

additions. Nothing too hard.

This is the hardest boss fight that is optional so far. He is like Kongol
so he is very strong in physical and okay in magic. He is quite fast, but
you of course are faster. Use your dragoons in this form because your regular

to get rid of him. Nothing too hard.

These are a few questions I have recieved in my email since this guide has
appeared on www.gamefaqs.com!

QUESTION: submitted by: legendary_dart@yahoo.com

I am now fighting the Virage, but on your boss Faq's you recommended 12-14, my
party is only 7-8. Is that going to damage my battles? since i escape every
time i am walking and monsters appear and the Virage is kicking my ass.. So
should i battle more creatures before going after the Virage for the second
time?..Oh yeah and one more thing, is it better to turn into a Dragoon during
the fight with the Virage or just additions?

ANSWER

Yes. It WILL effect your battles because you are a lot of levels lower than
you should be and running from battles can be one of the worst things that you
can do because it can really affect the difficulty of the game. And since you
need your levels, I advise never running from a battle unlss you are doing a
low level challenge!

QUESTION: submitted by: Punkrockerarcea5@aol.com

I couldn't help but notice you put Meru down as a Human, when she's actually a
Wingly. I just thought you'd like to fix that. When you go to the Wingly
forest, her parents show up along with a unch of other Winglys and kick her
out because she went outside of the forest. Then they didn't trust her because
she brought humans in. You should fix it, so people don't get confused. Thank
you!

ANSWER

You are right. She is not human. Sorry for the mistake! It is now fixed!

QUESTION: submitted by seikien@cableone.net

You said to e-mail you if someone got attacked more than twice in the second
fight with lenus, right? Well, i was doing the low level challenge, and got
attacked FIVE times in a row, because Kongol was the only one alive.

ANSWER

That would be true because Kongol is super slow and Lenus is super fast so
that would happen!

Finishing Words

This guide was very fun writing. I cannot wait to write more and get some
e-mails for this guide so I can update it.

To e-mail me, send emails to rpgmaster_1992@hotmail.com. Make sure you put
Legend of Dragoon in the subject or It will go in my junk folder. Also, you
can send me your strategies for bosses. Most of them will go in the guide
under my strategy and you will get full credit!

And I hope to read your e-mails! (all emails will be responded to)
