Note : She's a 16 year old in the X-men vs SF and SFZ2' Genre. She is a 19 year 
old in the Super Street Fighter 2 Genre.

[Background Story] : 

Little is known about Cammy's past. Cammy suffers from amnesia, she  remembers 
little to nothing from her past. The only thing that are her clues from her past 
is the flashbacks she keeps having and the scar on her cheek. It is said that 
she and Vega(M.Bison in US)were once lovers. 
During the X-men vs SF and SFZ2' Genre, Cammy is a young protege of Vega. She is 
still developing her use of Psycho Power. 
Note : In X-men vs SF she posesses Psycho Power. Everytime she hits someone with 
her Cannon Drill or Cannon Spike, she leaves a trail of Psycho Power Flames on 
her opponent. Too bad she doesn't do that in SFZ2' :(

[How to get Cammy in SFZ2'] :

First,you have to play through the game in Arcade Mode with Vega(M.Bison in US) 
on the default level and get a High Score. When it tells you to enter your 
initials put down CAM. Save the data and then load the data.
Go into VS or Training Mode and put the cursor on Vega and press Start two 
times. If done right,Cammy's portrait should replace Vega's.

[Move Descriptions] :

U - Up.
UB - Diagonally Up-Back.
UF - Diagonally Up-Forward.
B - Back.
F - Forward. 
D - Down.
DB - Diagonally Down-Back.
DF - Diagonally Down-Forward.
QCF - Quarter Circle Forward Motion(D,DF,F).
QCB - Quarter Circle Back Motion(D,DB,B).
DP - Dragon Punch Motion(F,D,DF).
HCF - Half Circle Forward Motion(B,DB,D,DF,F).
HCB - Half Circle Back Motion(F,DF,D,DB,B).
CB - Charge Back for 2 secs.
P - Any Punch.
K - Any Kick.
JP - Jab Punch.
SP - Strong Punch.
FP - Fierce Punch.
SK - Short Kick.
FK - Forward Kick.
RK - Roundhouse Kick.
St. - Standing.
Cr. - Crouching.
two-in-one(cancel) - Also goes by the name buffering.

[Outfit Colors and Actions] :

X,Y,Z(Punches) : Cammy appears in a aqua colored outfit,aqua cap,blond 
hair,yellow tie,red arm guards,and brown knee high boots. Along with aqua 
colored tattooes on her thighs. :)
A,B,C(Kicks) : Cammy appears in a green colored outfit,green cap,blond 
hair,yellow tie,red arm guards,and brown knee high boots. Along with green 
colored tattooes on her thighs. :)

Intro : She appears in a hooded red(aqua if you pressed the K button) parka. She 
then throws it off and shouts, " Come On! "
Win Pose 1 :  Cammy does her pose from Super and ST where she slashes her arm 
through the air(Hold Jab for Saturn : Hold Select + Jab for PSX)
Note : Also can be done with Short.
Win Pose 2 : Cammy salutes Vega as she says, " Terminated! "(Hold Strong for 
Saturn : Hold Select + Jab for PSX) 
Win Pose 3 : Cammy turns around, with her head facing left,gives a thumbs up, 
and then smiles.(Hold Forward for Saturn : Hold Select + Forward for PSX)
Win Pose 4 : Stands at ease while Vega hovers in the air.(Hold Fierce for Saturn 
: Hold Select + Fierce for PSX)
Win Pose 5 : Cammy turns around, then turns her head towards you, gives a big 
thumbs up, and then smiles.(Hold Roundhouse for Saturn : Hold Select + 
Roundhouse for PSX)
Taunt : Cammy slides her thumb across her neck,grins,and then shouts," Come On! 
"(Press L+R for Saturn : Select for PSX)
Draw :  Cammy turns around and looks discouraged.
Background Stage : Vega's(M.Bison's)Air Vessel in the background.
BGM Music : Cammy's theme from X-men vs SF. :)

[Chains,LinKs,Cancelling,and other explanations] :

[Chains] : 

Well Cammy doesn't have any so this doesn't need explaining. :)

[LinKs] :

A link combo is different from a chain or two-in-one because you don't cancel 
the animation cycle of the previous attack. Instead, you do your second attack 
immediately after the first attack's animation cycle finishes. The timing for 
combos that involve links requires hours of practice to accomplish.

For Example : 

Ken 

As you do a Cr. Strong on an opp. do a Cr. Forward immediately after the Cr. 
Strong's animation cycle finishes.

[Two-in-One(Cancel)] :

To accomplish a two-in-one combo, you must start the combo with a basic attack 
and then immediately do a special or super move. If you do this correctly you 
will "interrupt" the basic attack's animation cycle.

For Example :

Ryu 

As you do Ryu's Cr. Fierce, start the motion for the Fireball(QCF+P). As soon as 
the Fierce makes contact finish the Fireball motion.

If done correctly, you will "interrupt" Ryu's cr. Fierce animation cycle and go 
directly into a Fireball for a two-hit combo.

[Cross-Ups] :

A Cross-Up Attack is a jump in that hits behind your opponents head. Some people 
call it the "neck kick." This move is supposed to be blocked the opposite way 
your facing, since the attack is going to hit the opposite way. Note : To have a 
sucessful Cross-Up you must land deep in the attack but not to deep to the point 
where you can't combo. 

[Zero Counter(Alpha Counter)] :

A reversal move used to hit the opponent as you block their move.
The Motion is B,DB,D + any P or K. BTW,it uses up 1 and 1/2 bar from your super 
meter.

[Original Combo(Custom Combo)] :

A move in which you activate you have the ability to connect and normal move or 
special into a combo at an accelerated rate. You create you own combos. The OC 
needs only one Lvl to be used. It also runs down down with time. They are 
activate with 2Ps and 1K or 2Ks and 1P.

[Tech Hit] :

Its the process of reducing the damage of a throw or hold,cauaing you to land on 
your feet instead of being knocked down. This done by pressing F or B along with 
Strong,Fierce,Forward,or Roundhouse when the opp. is starting to throw you.

1.(Akuseru Supin Nakkuru)Axle Spin Knuckle: HCB + P.
Number of hits : 
The JP version - 2 hits.
The SP version - 2 hits.
The FP version - 2 hits.
Comments : The Axle Spin Knuckle can be used to pass through projectiles.
2.(Kanon Supaiku)Cannon Spike: DP + K.
Number of hits :
The SK version - 1 hit.
The FK version - 1 hit.
The RK version - 1 hit.
Comments : Good to use to ward off jumpers.
3.(Kanon Doriru)Cannon Drill: QCF + K.
Number of hits :
The SK version - 1 hit.
The FK version - 1 hit.
The RK version - 2 hits.
Comments : Goes under projectiles but has horrible recovery time from the move.
4.(Huurigan Konbineeshon)Hooligan Combination: B,DB,D,DF,F,UF + P,press F + K 
when close to their head or midsection. If she connects with the opp.'s neck she 
will bring them down with a Frankensteiner and if you connect with the 
midsection she will flip the opp. down. 
Comments : If you do not press K, Cammy will continue with the jump and and land 
with a slide attack. If she grabs the opp. she will do a Frankensteiner on them.

Throws : 

(Baaku Doroopu)Back Drop : F + SP or FP.
(Furankeshyotainaa)Frankensteiner : F + FK or RK.

(Supin Doraibu Busuta)Spin Drive Buster: QCF,QCF + K or 2Ks or 3Ks.
Number of Hits : 
Lvl 1 - 5 hits.
Lvl 2 - 7 hits.
Lvl 3 - 9 hits.
Comments : Good to use in combos,it can be comboed off from Cammy's normal 
moves(look back at normal moves section). It does good damage, but if the opp. 
blocks your super be prepared to be on the receiving end of a combo. :)

Call-in Psycho Crusher : CB for 2 secs.,F,B,F + P or 2Ps or 3Ps.
Number of Hits :
Lvl 1 - 3 hits.
Lvl 2 - 4 hits.
Lvl 3 - 5 hits.
Comments : Don't use it too close to the opp. because the Vega will just miss 
with his Psyhco Crusher. Also this super CAN be used in combos.
