Asked on: 11/6 5:28AMOk, so it happened two different ways. One by hitting the red tile on that block that rotates as you walk, which lowered my max hp, making it yellow, and then when i got in a fight with the rider at the ruins toward the end of that particular dungeon. So now i have three characters with less than what their max hp is, and faqs i've read say temporary, but they haven't returned to normal like three hours after that. Is there something i need to do specifically?

statusRest in a place with a bed (not bedroll). Typically, this is at an inn, but there are a few rest spots in dungeons where you interact with a diary. Those rest spots work like free inns. Resting in camp does nothing to remove the penalty.
