I, without knowing the effects of the relief charm, used it, is there anyway of getting rid of the effect?

Excuse me, what is this 'relief charm'? First time i heard 'bout this.

The Relief Charm is a special, New Game+ only, item that allows you to replace Serge in-battle with any other character in your party (assuming you have more than 2 others).
