Any one elese hear some one saying somthing in the back round?

I can't make out what the heck they say but i hear some one saying somthing every now and then in the backround of the ?used to freek me out when i was little

Mostly when racing every now and then some male voice will say somthing it's not a character that im shure of .

It is probably that Aku Aku or Uka Uka talking to you. Sometimes they will just start talking for no reason at all in the middle of a race giving you racing tips or random information. Or it could be that alien Nitrous Oxide talking about taking over the planet. He talks in the middle of a race too. But i think it is actually supposed to be the character remembering what they said so it plays back through their head.

Answer

Its probably the cpu. if they think they can 1-up you then they start shouting random stuff. Also your own character will grunt, whistle and shout accordingly such as when hitting a boost or jumping.
