I got my hands on a Healer Heart when I heard about the Magic Carpet. This was my first trip to the present after I got the ability to change jobs.
How do I use the hearts?
You have to give the heart to the person who you want to have the job (actually have in their inventory) then go to Dharma. In the Job Change List Healer should be available.
As an example, say you wanted Gabo to become a Healer. You put the heart in his personal inventory, go to the temple, and have Gabo change his job. Healer should be in that list.
